Pros:

I have stayed at this property several times and have always had a great experience. The house is very clean, the location is excellent, and all the furniture and appliances inside are modern and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

La propreté et le quartier
La consigne gratuite (même si pas vraiment sécurisée)

Cons:

- Le bruit la nuit, nous étions au 1er étage juste au dessus d’un bar/dancing qui a fermé vers 3h00 (!)
- La pression dans la douche
- Beaucoup trop de meubles (c’est juste une histoire de goût)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft , tolle Dachterrasse, großes Bad, Schlafzimmer mit Ausgang auf Dachterrasse und kleinen Balkon. Gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeit.

Pros:

Le logement est très bon niveau en terme de équipement, il est très fonctionnel, très lumineux, proche des centres d intérêt à pied.
L hôte est très réactif, très facilitant, très à l écoute.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! The apartment is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the location which is a bit far from the center but totally value for money! Highly recommend!

Wohnung in den oberen Etagen angenehm
Pros:

Die Wohnungen sind praktisch geschnitten und wirklich sehr gut gereinigt. Es werden alle paar Tage neue Handtücher und Kaffeekapseln zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn man eine Wohnung in den oberen Etagen hat, sind sie nicht so laut von der Bar, die es unten gibt.

Cons:

Ist man in einer Wohnung weiter unten, ist die Lärmbelastung der Bar im Haus sehr gross.
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Soue-Sol und die Trocknerleistung ist ungenügend. Da der Bereich öffentlich zugänglich ist, ist das Waschen etwas umständlich.
Die Wohnungen sind an der oberen Preisgrenze.
