Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. room was extemly small, no closet and very dark, to the point you can't even find the light switch at night.
also TV was not showing anything beside the Hotel commercial

הוחלף לנו החדר מכיוון שהגיעו 3 זוגות אשר רצו לישון באותה הקומה, לכן העבירו אותנו לחדר לא שלנו.
מריח לא טוב בעליל, ללא מרפסת.

מלון קטן ומקסים על נחלת בנימין!! בקרבת מסעדות ובתי קפה רבים וטובים, החדרים מעוצבים יפה ונקיים, המיטה נוחה, הלובי חמוד, הצוות שירותי, אדיב מאד ונענה לכל בקשה ובמהירות, הבריכה על גג המלון קטנה אבל כיפית.. סה״כ תמורה מלאה למחיר!!

הגענו לחגוג את יום ההולדת של אישתי וזכינו להכיר מלון מדהים בלב הפועם של תל אביב, מיקום מעולה והשירות מצויין! ארוחת הבוקר היתה מאוד מגוונת וטריה. השירות של העובדים בקבלה, במלון ובפרט בחדר האוכל היה מצויין. בהחלט נחזור.
ביצענו צ'ק אין ביום שישי 26.6.26 - הגענו לבריכה בסביבות השעה 16:00 המים בבריכה היו מאוד עכורים ולא העזנו להכנס. היתה חבורה של אורחים באזור הבריכה שהשימעו מוזיקה עם רמקול והיתה תחושה לא נעימה כלל. ביום השני והשלישי החלטנו לוותר על הבריכה ולא הגענו כלל.
אהבנו את הבריכה והבר למעלה, אהבנו את הצוות והשירות והחדר היה מעולה המיקום בכלל היה וואוו!!!!

הבריכה הייתה עמוסה כל הזמן, לא מספיק מקומות ישיבה בגג. והשירותים של הגג לא היו תקינים.
