Erzurum'a tekrar geldiğimde yine kalacağım bir otel.
Pros:

Odalar modern ve temizdi. Konumu gayet güzel otopark rahatlığı var.

Cons:

Overcharged and still waiting for the refund

A modern hotel, clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

They overcharged me and when I messaged them about it, ignored my messages. Finally I got Booking.com involved and they agrees to refund the difference, but over a month later I still haven’t received the refund.

Ordering a meal in the restaurant was unnecessarily difficult. The only menu was an online one which was all in Turkish only and no way of translating. I get the feeling they don’t get many foreign tourists.

Cons:

Centrale verwarming te heet niet kunnen slapen
Airco geeft alleen warmte af. Moest raam openen maar ook niet voldoende. Koelkast was uitgezet schandalig voor een hotel met de naam Hilton.

Замечательный отель приедем еще

Мы останавливались второй раз , удобно что есть трансфер на гору , на горе прокат лыж , скидки постояльцам отеля . Очень нравится часы в 16 часов на ресепшен очень вкусные печенья и пирожное. Персонал вежливый и приятный помогут по любым вопросам . Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.
