Cons:

Centrale verwarming te heet niet kunnen slapen
Airco geeft alleen warmte af. Moest raam openen maar ook niet voldoende. Koelkast was uitgezet schandalig voor een hotel met de naam Hilton.

Замечательный отель приедем еще
Pros:

Мы останавливались второй раз , удобно что есть трансфер на гору , на горе прокат лыж , скидки постояльцам отеля . Очень нравится часы в 16 часов на ресепшен очень вкусные печенья и пирожное. Персонал вежливый и приятный помогут по любым вопросам . Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.

Отличный отель для посещения города Эрзурум и лыжного курорта Паландёкен. Отель организует трансферы для лыжников. Время езды до курорта 15-17 мин. В отеле классные завтраки и ужины. Рекомендую брать полупансион. Особая благодарность работникам ресепшена Мухаммеду, Мерве. Мы не получили ни одного отказа на наши просьбы, сверх того, помощь предлагали сами сотрудники и отказывались брать за это деньги. Отдельное спасибо Шеф повару ресторана Сами, такой вкусный шведский стол ещё надо поискать! . Спасибо водителю Хабипу, а также сотрудникам лыжного центра Liberta Bianca Конураю и Буракджану.

Cons:

Не понравилась уборка номеров. Сложно было добиться, чтобы был убран весь номер, а не только одна комната. И бритвенные станки в ванной жутко ранят кожу и дерут волосы. Надеюсь, что отель решит эти вопросы

Не стоит своих денег, 3 звезды.
Pros:

Близко к горнолыжному курорту Паландокен, трансфер до горы и свой лаунж, где можно отдохнуть во время катания, попить чай кофе или поесть.

Cons:

Грязно, мебель с какими-то пятнами. Персонал в номер приносит что-то только со второго напоминания. Еда без изысков, йогурты на завтрак были просроченные. Спа чисто для галочки, души сломанные, бассейн грязный и холодный, в хамаме отвратительный запах плесени.
