L’emplacement est excellent, très central et proche des commerces, restaurants et lieux à visiter. Les chambres sont propres, modernes et confortables, avec une belle literie, de bons coussins et une vue agréable. C’est un bon hôtel pour visiter Bruxelles et se reposer dans une chambre de standing.
Attention au parking Indigo voisin, qui ne dépend pas de l’hôtel et peut vite coûter cher : mieux vaut réserver à l’avance via l’application. La piscine rooftop est petite et froide, car elle n’est pas chauffée, et le spa est payant. Une caution de 50 € par jour est demandée et elle n’est pas restituée immédiatement : trois jours après mon départ, je ne l’ai toujours pas reçue. Les taxes et frais affichés sur Booking mériteraient aussi d’être plus clairs. Enfin, quelques sollicitations devant l’hôtel peuvent mettre mal à l’aise le soir.

Beautiful modern fun room with great views. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Futuristic digital controls. Excellent value.
Perhaps some of the controls are a bit too digital?

There is a fee they charge for damages which they didn't refund until after several communication back and forth.
Payer 150€ la nuit car c’est un hôtel avec piscine pour que la piscine soit accessible sur créneaux, pas de créneaux dispo au Check in (15h) avant 21h. On prend donc le créneau 21-22h : au moment venu, aucune personne pour checker qu’on est inscrits à ce créneau donc piscine noire de monde.
Très chouette hôtel moderne personnel à l écoute.
