Decent stay with some improvements necessary
Pros:

Modern hotel with great location right next to the metro station

Cons:

The art piece in the room was not to my liking and creepy in the dark, the light / temperature control panel was overly complicated to use and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the walk-in closet light.

Perfecte ligging om de hoofdstad te verkennen
Pros:

Perfecte lokatie om Brussel te verkennen, je stapt zo de winkelstraat in.

Kamer is netjes en kunstzinnig

Cons:

Alleen jammer :Airco werkte niet. 27° op de kamer en geen mogelijkheid tot verluchten. Na 2e keer melding (uiur later op de avond) kregen we een andere kamer toegewezen. Hier werkte de airco wel.
Frigo stond niet aan (geen idee hoe deze aan te krijgen en te moe om nogmaals om hulp te vragen)
Badkamer: geen tools op wasbak ( enkel zeepje)

Séjour top, service top également, merci pour votre accueil.
Pros:

Le petit déjeûner était fourni et bon.

Cons:

L'utilisation des tableaux de commande dans la chambre pourrait être mieux documentée. On a cherché comment fonctionnaient un peu tout.

Дуже зручна локація, смачні сніданки, широкий вибір. Шикарна спа-зона.
Pros:

Найбільше сподобалась зона басейну та інтерʼєр номерів. Дуже стильно

Cons:

Прибирання не проводилося дві доби. Довелося кілька разів дзвонити на рецепцію і просити прибрати номер і змінити рушники.

Pros:

Muito próximo dos locais mais importantes. E mesmo ao lado da estação o que dá imenso jeito. Também tem supermercado e restaurantes à volta. Quartos bastante grandes

Cons:

A tv não conectou ao telemóvel (mas também nao pedi ajuda por falta de tempo) a zona da estação parece um bocado perigosa. Os elevadores também é possível aceder sem cartão do quarto o que me faz sentir levemente insegura.

Sijainti on erinomainen, kahden hengen huone oli tilava. Hotelli siisti ja viihtyisä. Huoneen sai aiemmin käyttöön lisämaksusta.

Cons:

Ilmastointi ei riittänyt viilentämään huonetta koko lomamme aikana. Huoneessa oli lämmintä aina 24-26 astetta. Tilasimme sekä jäitä (useamman kerran) että siivouksen, mutta kumpaakaan emme saaneet.

The staff were very helpful. And the location is superb!

Cons:

The room cleaning service was a disaster! Day 1 we requested cleaning through the specific button in the room but no one came. On Day 2, we specifically asked through the reception to have our room cleaned, since no one did it the previous day, and still no one had done it by the evening. We had to call again in the evening so that they would sent someone to do it a bit later that night. Generally, this is unacceptable!!!

Pros:

Location is good easy to get to train station near a big mall and old town

Cons:

The rooms air conditioning are not functioning. We asked for room change but they said it’s the problem in the whole hotel even the lobby has no sufficient ventilation. Instead of suffering to sleep without aircon we decided to ask for refund which the hotel thankfully granted but because of this our replacement cost was not cheap. I would avoid in the future as the hotel is not reliable and would leave you stranded without options.
