The location is amazing with excellent view
The room was not checked before we checkin . Ac was not working but after we complained they fixed it and everything was great
Gute Lage, sowohl zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch zum Zentrum. stylische Einrichtung
insgesamt nicht gut geführt. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage, leider hat uns das niemand gesagt, auch nicht nach der ersten Reklamation. Der Safe hatte nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, wirkte aber wie in einer Kantine. Beim letzten Frühstück waren wir nicht gelistet. Insgesamt eher enttäuschend

Lokalita byla skvělá co se týče dopravní dostupnosti - metro, autobus, kousek od historického centra. Překvapila mě neudržovanost veřejných prostor, včetně neposekaných trávníků, neudržovaných křovin s bezdomovci...
Hotel působil depresivně, hlavně v chodbách. Nelogické uspořádání pokoje - velká televize mezi postelemi v uličce pro průchod. Na pokoji nám nefungoval správně panel s osvětlením a vytahováním rolety. Potěšilo by i více než 2 čaje na osobu a den za tu cenu. Nesrovnalosti s o 900 EUR vyšší zablokovanou částkou na kartě na 2 pokoje a 4 noci, než byla cena rezervace a kauce podle booking.com.

I didnt like some of the room arangements: I missed a light on my bed table, I did not like the modern system of turning lights on/off on the display
Super Hotel. Frühstück super. Zu empfehlen.
Parkplatz war kostenpflichtig, aber für 2 Tage 60 Euro geht eigentlich.

Très belle suite, bien décorée. Le lit ainsi que le canapé étaient très confortables. Personnel très sympa qui a répondu à toutes mes questions. Piscine très bien chauffée et bien régulée avec la réservation. Super belles vues de la terrasse. La salle de sport très bien équipée et agréable. Serviettes, Fruits frais et eau a dispositions. Le petits déjeuners a été très apprécié par mes enfants. Prix un peu élevé quand même. Les ascenseurs très pratiques et nickel. Les paires de pantoufles et les peignoirs sont très appréciables.

The room has an interesting and stylish artistic design. It is well equipped and has everything you would normally need for a comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, the service was far below our expectations. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked to choose a specific time to use the swimming pool, which is quite difficult when you have just arrived and do not yet know your plans. We were also handed bathrobes and slippers at reception and had to carry them ourselves to the room together with our luggage.
The most unacceptable situation happened on our first evening. We returned late and discovered that there was no running water at all due to scheduled maintenance. Nobody had informed us in advance. We could not shower or even use the toilet normally. We had already finished the two small bottles of water provided in the room, and no additional drinking water had been supplied. For a hotel of this level, leaving guests without water and without any prior warning or preparation is simply unacceptable.
The following day we ordered room service and, before leaving, specifically called reception to say that we were going out and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we returned late in the evening, the room had not been cleaned at all and the remains of our room-service meal were still there. As a result, coffee capsules and other supplies had not been replenished either. The next morning I called to ask for coffee, but it did not arrive before we had to leave.
Finally, the food options were disappointing. The room-service menu was very limited, and when we went to the restaurant at lunchtime, we discovered that the menu was practically identical.
Overall, the design is appealing, but the level of service does not match what one would expect from a hotel of this category.
