They change the policy wherein if you check in late also u can check out late. Its applicable for the OFW’s like me because sometimes our flight artival are night time so its nice if we can check in late then we can check out late also (same time of ur check in time)

There was no wifi. The bathroom did not have an area for hanging your clothes and bath towel so I had to put those on the lavatory outside the bathroom.

Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff and security personnel. The lobby was improved. Elevators are spacious. Beds were comfy. A few tables and chairs were added in the waiting area. A convenience store was just on the ground floor.

Cons:

The rooms need to be well-maintained. The bar in the clothes organizer was broken. The bed lamp was not working. There were tiny roaches that appeared, especially when there was trash. Corridors needed regular mopping. The maintenance needs to be more efficient.

Cons:

The security guards were helpful and courteous. However, the front desk staff were inconsiderate. They did not allow early check-in for online bookings and charged ₱200 per hour for it. I arrived early in the morning, but they showed no consideration for my situation, so I ended up paying for a walk-in reservation instead.

After I checked out and was waiting for my pickup, I asked if there was a public restroom available. I was told that there wasn't one. I don't understand how a hotel can treat its guests this way. The lack of flexibility and basic customer service was disappointing.
