Closing the door was challenging. Needs a handle

The chopping board could do with being replaced as it’s looking a little worn and is warped. The shower can also be a bit tricky, as the hot water doesn’t always come through straight away. During our stay, the mood lighting wasn’t working either.

Overall, these were only minor issues and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. We’d happily return and would recommend Rockefeller Apartments to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing to dislike about this apartment

At first we thought the apartment was amazing. then we started to unpack. there were dirty knickers in the chest of draws, pairs of socks, handles missing, door handles broken, toilet banging when using, doors that wouldn't close. We asked for another fan because we had two bedrooms and one fan, never got a reply or another fan in the four days we were there.

Parking across the street just as described. Only waited a few minutes for a space. £8 a day not too bad. However, whilst we paid £24 for three days parking in a public car park, on the day of check-out we were requested to vacate the parking space by 11an. So ckearly thete is some on- site parking but not for all.

The Wall Street apartment, at the top of the building, up several flights stairs definitely a two-person apartment - not as big as suggested in online images. Headroom was restricted in several places, not least the toilet and the bathroom sink, banged head a couple of times.

Lighting may be energy efficient but it’s quite dim all round. Struggled to read a book n bed. Also, there are two neon lights in the hallway/bedroom that just randomly came on and off a few times in the night - very annoying.

Operating the shower was a fine art, to get the balance between freezing cold and scalding hot. Also, there are no power sockets anywhere near a mirror, so if likely to use a hairdryer - bring your own mirror

Not enough sockets next to the bed nor any usb’s. Where you hang your clothes, they draped over the bedside table and light. Lighting was poor in the bedroom to do make-up. Bathroom shower drain smell was unpleasant. Large shower tray, but was cut down by a third due to the shower curtain. Water pressure wasn’t great. Lastly, if you’re a very large person you might struggle trying to sit on the toilet, it’s very tight.

Need some basics like coat hooks for wet clothing, t towels, oven gloves, dishcloths and clothing storage. Its a little style over substance.

Parking was a pain but not your fault the main car parks including the one opposite will not let you pay for one night parking it’s 3/7 days just a con to get more money out of you

Average water pressure in showers, not enough hot water for 4 people to shower.

Room was a little dark for my taste and bathroom cramped but manageable

The place had 2 showers and both temperature controllers didn't work. One was too hot, one 2 cold. I informed the owners so they can get it fixed for the next people but I would have liked this to have been picked up before we arrived as one of the issues was very obvious .
