Un hotel que cumple con lo que dice.
Pros:

Cumplió de sobra con lo que buscábamos. Un buen hotel en Catania, con parking gratuito y nueva ubicación. Este hotel se merece una valoración media más alta de la que tiene.
Los trabajadores todos fantásticos.
Desayuno muy bueno.
Limpieza impecable.
El barrio está bien a pesar de lo que dice algún comentario! Esto es Catania no la quinta avenida! Es seguro y no hay ningún problema.
Excelente relación calidad - precio.
Volveré a este hotel seguro.

Cons:

In un hotel 4 stelle è impensabile in camera non fornire una bottiglietta d'acqua da 20 centesimi salvo pagarla 2 euro, non mi era mai capitato!!!
E non è per i 2 euro.

Pros:

Colazione con prodotti di scarsa qualità la cameriera di oggi 15/06/2026molto scortese ed arrogante verso i clienti

Non può definirsi un hotel 4 stelle per quello che offre acqua calda dal lavantino 0 doccie arruginite e scomode.la stanza che mi anno assegnato all'arrivo era la 105 praticamente in isolamento senzs finestre ne in camera e neancge in camers peggio del 41bis😂 dopo aver discusso anno deciso di cambiarmi la stanza dietro pagamento aggiuntivo di €30 .in piu alla partenza mi anno richiesto la tassa di soggiorno di €16 nom'ostante era già pagata nella prenotazione .questo è Hotel palace sconsiglistissimo

Rent værelse med aircondition der fungerer uden af larme så meget at man vågner af det om natten
