Great staff!
I actually live in Düsseldorf and booked this accommodation because I had an exam the following day. It happened to be during a particularly hot period. Unfortunately, the first room did not meet my expectations, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They offered to change my room, personally showed me the available options, and walked with me to inspect them so I could choose the most suitable one. Thanks to their support, I was able to get a good night's rest before my exam. I really appreciated their kindness and excellent service.

Cons:

The location is not very convenient for guests travelling by public transport. To reach the hotel, you have to walk through an industrial area and cross a busy main road, which can feel inconvenient and somewhat unsafe, especially if you are carrying luggage.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal war freundlich.

Leider hatten wir jedoch Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Sie konnte die Zimmertemperatur nicht unter 25 °C senken, was bei den hohen Außentemperaturen nicht ausreichend war. Das Zimmer blieb dadurch zu warm und das war für uns sehr unangenehm.

Wir haben das Problem dem Personal gemeldet. Man bot uns zwar ein anderes Zimmer an, dort wäre die Temperatur jedoch nur etwa 1 °C niedriger gewesen. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden, im ursprünglichen Zimmer zu bleiben.

Als Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten wurden uns die Parkgebühren erlassen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher in Ordnung, aber die Klimaanlage sollte dringend verbessert werden.

Ein angenehmes Hotel mit vielen vorteilhaften Details - sehr empfehlenswert für Kurzreisen
Pros:

Trotz der 10 Jahre, die das Hotel schon stehen soll, fand ich, dass die Substanz noch gut in Schuss ist. Die Das Konzept der Raumaufteilung in meinem Zimmer fand ich ausgesprochen pfiffig und effizient. Respekt an den Innenarchitekten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Küche war auch im Zimmer. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, was aber klein Problem war, da die Klimaanlage relativ geräuscharm und leistungsstark ihren Dienst verrichtete. Das Parkhaus war schön hell, sauber, großräumig und SUV-geeignet. In der Lobby gibt es einen kleinen Shop mit 24/7 und nützlichen Kleinigkeiten. Die Bar war gut bestückt. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut. Es gibt sogar einen Waschsalon und einen Fitnessraum. Die Fahrstühle fuhren ziemlich zügig, man musste nie lange warten.

Cons:

Ein wenig mehr Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit am Empfang beim Check-In wäre wünschenswert. Nichtsdestotrotz waren aber alle Mitarbeiter um einen freundlichen Umgang mit den Gästen bemüht.

Great place with nice rooms!
Pros:

Great service, nice location if you have a car, good rooms!

Cons:

It was really dusty. And not at the beginning of our stay but during and especially at the end! I don't know why🤷‍♀️ We were staying for 4 days only, maybe it was the AC or dust from under the bed. And you can't open a window.

The shower drain was not functioning well. It was getting stuck very quickly and the shower doesn’t have high sides(
