Appartamento bello grande e pulito
Per avere un caffè espresso in più a colazione si doveva pagare. Nel bagno la doccia era sprovvista di tenda
The breakfast was okay.
Oh I don’t know where to start. Let’s start from the black hair receptionist who in a very rudely way communicated to us that the room was not ready for us ( we were there 30 min after the check in was open) and she suggested us very rudely again to go spend time in a coffee for at least 1h. The location is far from beaches and in a high heel. If you don’t have car is not worthy it. The pool. The “jacuzzi”. Omg. We couldn’t even enter. They were included in the price but they were so dirty. And both of them super cold.
The hairdryer was rotten and there was no soap. In photos looks more luxurious than it is. It’s pretty basic. We were promised a sea view room and we needed to break our neck to see the sea form it.
I want to highlight again the rude behavior of the lady with black hair.
I would never go again.
El precio estaba bien pero no está a la altura de 4 estrellas, el desayuno flojito
Fué bastante caotico , pagamos un poco mas por una suite que finalmente estaba en la planta baja delante decla puerta del ascensor... podiamos hacer el chek-in a las 13h llegamos a kas 13:40h y no estaba lista la habitacion , antes de irnos a comef empezamos oir unos ruidos muy fuertes que venia del sotano , luego por la noche vinimos despues de cenar a las 23h y no habia nadie en la recepcion del hotel y la puerta abierta , a las 23:45h nos empezaron a golpear la puerta de la habitacion y tocar el timbre varias veces , pero no entendimos nada de lo que decian, intentamos contactar con el hotel peto vontestaba nadie al telefono ni al wstp a dia de hoy no nos han contestado.... no

Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux de la part Leonardo et Katarina. Ce sont de très belles personnes. Toujours de bons conseils pour découvrir Vlore et ses alentours. Nous recommandons cet établissement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! 😊

Kompl. Persomal mit mit Handy beschäftigt. Frühstück könnte besser sein. Butter schon flockig.. Rührei ist Matsch.
El desayuno
Estaba todo bastante sucio, la habitacion era pequeña y el baño diminuto (la ducha casi inexistente). Las fotos que hay del hotel son super diferentes a la realidad (estan retocadas). Las paredes de las habitaciones poco insonirazadas, se escucha todo.
