Great experience on a trip to celebrate a friend's birthday. Suite was exactly as pictured, modern and spacious. The layout provided good separation between the two bedrooms. Pool is super clean and was never crowded. Location is walking distance to many restaurants. They provide 5 gallons of filtered water with your suite, and it's easy to get a refill. And we really liked the staff! They were all super kind and helpful!

This was a great option for our family of four. Transportation was provided to and from the San Pedro airport and the unit was exactly as photographed and described. The property was very comfortable and appears to be well maintained, the kitchen was nicely equipped, they provide a 5 gallon bottle of water (refills are available during your stay for a very reasonable price), coffee/creamer/sugar, and soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. The property is located in a very central location and is walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Despite being in the middle of town and by the airport, it feels very private and you do not hear the street noise. While located on the beach, there is a sea wall instead of an entry beach, so you cannot swim in the water by the property. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Diamante Beachfront Suites is, in my opinion, one of the absolute best places to stay if you are looking for a luxury property in a prime location. Everything about this place feels special. The views are simply breathtaking, with beautiful ocean scenery that you can enjoy all day long.

The property itself is fantastic. The beach is beautiful, the pool area is stunning, and the jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring San Pedro. Everything is very well maintained and designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Another big advantage is the location. Diamante is perfectly situated within easy walking distance of small supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. You really have everything you need nearby, which makes the stay even more convenient.

I had the privilege of staying in one of the penthouses, and it was incredible. It had absolutely everything you could wish for: a full kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom, reliable air conditioning, and fast internet. The apartment was luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped.

Diamante is an absolute recommendation. I will definitely come back here again.

Absolutely Wonderful!! Location is perfect, staff are amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, made me feel at home. They will help arrange transportation and excursions. Lots of places to eat close by and walking distance to a grocery store.

Diamante was the perfect place to stay for me and my best friend from high school. We haven’t vacationed together for 46 years! The condo C2 was perfect for us. We each had our own room and bathroom which were roomy and comfortable. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped.
I chose Diamante because of its proximity to Ramon’s Dive Shop because we were getting certified in scuba diving. I wanted something a little more upscale than Ramon’s. Diamante did not disappoint. It was clean and well furnished. The pool was beautiful as was the hot tub. The views amazing. We rented a golf cart, booked through Diamante, and drove all over the island.
I would definitely return to Diamante when we come back to Belize.

Our stay at Diamante Beachfront Suites in San Pedro was nothing short of extraordinary – easily one of the best beachfront experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were completely painless. The team even picked us up in a golf cart from the nearby San Pedro airport, which made starting our vacation stress-free and fun. The staff here are outstanding – incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely sweet. A special shoutout to Hilary.B & Seidie, who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! The highlight has to be the breathtaking views and amenities. Our room's balcony offered an outstanding view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The beautiful infinity pool sits right in front of the beach, and stepping off the pool leads directly to the ocean and sand. We spent hours relaxing on the comfortable poolside chaise lounge chairs overlooking the waves – the perfect spot to chill, sunbathe, and watch the mesmerizing ocean. Only negative was that the ocean in front was not swimmable due to rocks but we enjoyed the access to a private beach in Secret Beach! It's a fairly new stylish resort - suites, kitchen, living areas were all chic! The restaurants, shops & city center were all walking distance - Blue water Grill is literally on the property! This place truly feels like a luxurious home away from home with direct beach access and prime location. I can't recommend Diamante Beachfront Suites enough – we'll be back soon!

Diamante Suites was exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From booking our flights from Belize City to San Pedro including our return, scheduling complimentary transportation to and from the San Pedro airstrip to their boutique resort, booking our golf cart, recommending restaurants and activities, and even making reservations for us, they made everything so easy. Although I can’t remember the names of every staff member I interacted with, everyone was kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Hilary B. and Seidie S., who were absolutely extraordinary! I would definitely recommend Diamante Suites as the place to stay when visiting San Pedro!

The accommodation was lovely and the staff was seemingly kind and helpful right up until check out. At this point they went through our 2 bedroom apartment and the cleaning staff picked up 3 of the low quality white towels and pointed out tiny ( 2-3 cm in diameter) areas of “ stain” which was clearly where my teenage daughters had wiped some make up off. They informed us they were going to charge 25 $ US per towel because they were “ ruined.” There is literally no excuse for the degree to which this is a scam to charge people unreasonably. We are happy to pay for anything that is reasonable, this is simply a scam. A low to mediocre quality white cotton towel costs no more than 10$ US ( many cost less) and the " stains" that were pointed out were tiny and will wash out. I have a family of 5 and am CONSTANTLY doing laundry and ALMOST EVERYTHING comes out of white towels because of the magical thing we call bleach. I also pride myself in taking care of my home and I took excellent care of this home as well. This experience was insulting. I am certain everyone in the office is aware of this as this is common sense. I strongly recommend modifying this practice as it is humiliating, classless, and tasteless. It was a very unfortunate ending to what was otherwise a lovely stay. Is it really worth a couple of extra dollars to treat people so poorly?

The Suites were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were absolutely spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and were always there to answer any questions and made our stay so enjoyable.

This was an amazing place to stay. First time in Belize and the condo was so comfortable and serene. Right on the beach with amazing views. Walking distance to all the major restaurants and nightlife. Unit A3 is my new vacation spot. Love it. 😍

We stayed at El Diamante Beach Resort for my Birthday with my husband and his two sisters. From the moment we stepped on property we were treated like extended family. Lisa Foreman is the property manager, such a sweetheart and went above and beyond along with Hillary in the main office. The Houseman Jahir is here from sun up working on the pool and attentive to guests needs for water jugs and keeping the ground clean along with day time security. At sun down you will meet the Security Guard Marcos. He has become such a good friend and very good at what he does. There is not a security threat here at all, he is here more to make sure no one is abusing the resort rules. Everyone here is extremely kind and personable. There is construction finalizing on the back building that when finished is going to be amazing and also have a restaurant and bar. Even with this happening it is still a beautiful property and even the construction worker are pleasant and happy to help with any needs we may have.
Lastly I would like to mention the Developer Lisa Guerrero who has brought her idea and this creation to life on the Island of San Pedro. Down to earth, friendly and makes an effort to visit the property every day to make sure construction, staff and all guests are happy. We have stayed on the oceanfront units C2 and A2 which are immaculate with amazing views of the caribbean. During the day we sat on the balcony with our coffee watching the boats go by. The evenings enjoying a glass of wine overlooking a beautiful infinity color changing pool.
The property is located across from Tropic Air and Maya Airlines. Walking distance to all restaurants along the beachfront. I will be back regularly from now on and only stay here at El Diamante Beach Resort Oceanfront units. My favorite unit has to be C2 with a home feeling with special little touches in the unit that make it feel like a home and not a hotel.

Absolutely wonderful facility and a very good location! Very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to some great places to eat. Staff treated us well and that was very appreciated.
