Pros:

Amazing location, very quiet at night despite being so centrally located, we liked complimentary water refilled every day

The window handle kept coming off, my son's bad was very hard and not too comfortable

Overall we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly. The room size was very decent compared to other hotel rooms that we have experienced in Europe. The location is amazing. It's right in the historic center.

Cons:

We didn't like the checkin experience. We had to call in order to get access in the hotel. We had a tiring day and we had to call a bunch of times before someone answered. It would've been better if we had received the code to the front door.

Soggiorno eccezionale al centro di Roma – Consigliatissimo

Ho soggiornato di recente in questa splendida struttura e non posso che spendere ottime parole. La gentilezza di tutto il personale, sempre all'opera per soddisfare ogni esigenza, fa davvero la differenza e fa sentire l'ospite accolto fin dal primo momento.

Complimenti sinceri per la qualità della struttura e per l'eccellente servizio offerto. Una menzione d'onore va sicuramente alla meravigliosa terrazza panoramica: iniziare la giornata lì, godendosi una ricca colazione internazionale con una vista mozzafiato sui tetti di Roma, è un'esperienza impagabile.

Un grazie di cuore va a Giulia per la sua straordinaria disponibilità; i suoi preziosi consigli sui percorsi migliori da seguire e sui ristoranti più autentici dove cenare ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra esperienza romana, scoprendo angoli e sapori unici.

È sicuramente tra le strutture da tenere in considerazione per un prossimo ritorno a Roma. Cinque stelle meritatissime!

Nice enough
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring Rome. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we saw them. Rooms were comfortable and well stocked.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was very limited and got boring quickly. Having to coordinate arrivals, check out etc with staff via Whatsapp (reception is only staffed when they know people are arriving or leaving) was a pain considering how much we were paying for our stay.

Tolles, familiäres Hotel in einer tollen Gegend! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen - wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch und gemütlich zugleich. Anfangs war es für uns nicht leicht zu finden, da es von Außen eher unscheinbar wirkt, aber sobald man es findet, nicht mehr zu übersehen.
Die Unterkunft ist nicht allzu groß und es gibt nicht allzu viele Zimmer, was es vor allem ruhig und familiärer gestaltet. Das Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse war absolut fantastisch.
Jede/r Mitarbeiter*in war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zwar eine Liste mit diversen Empfehlungen vom Hotel bekommen, haben aber dennoch immer wieder die Mitarbeiter*innen gefragt und wurden ganz freundlich begleitet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, war aber für die kurze Zeit absolut in Ordnung.

Pros:

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all major sites. Spanish Steps were only 2 minutes away, making it easy to catch the sunrise before the crowds arrived!

Cons:

Only down side is the reception is not 24/7, for example I wanted to check out early on the day of departure to maximise time but reception did not open until 9:30/10am.

Pros:

Great location. Lovely rooftop terrace for breakfast. Great room size.

Cons:

Need to pre arrange out of hours check in and at time of my arrival no one on site. But staff were responsive and attended after a short wait.

Volvere las veces que pueda a este Hotel
Pros:

El desayuno era en la terraza del edificio, variado y bien atendido. La atención de Roxana fue espectacular, hasta me ayudo a recuperar mis valijas que perdió Iberia en Madrid. La ubicación a pocos metros de la plaza Spagna, permite llegar caminando a todos los lugares de interés de Roma, O sino tomar el metro allí o tener una parada de taxi en la plaza.

Cons:

Nada me desagrado. Fuimos muy bien atendidos con mucha amabilidad
