Kebersihan tilam, bantal, selimut selesa.
Kami tak sempat buka tv sebab selesa berbaring saja.

Kebersihan tandas yang mengecewakan. Tandas berbau, tak tahu sebab apa. Secara mata kasar tandas bersih. Tapi baunya sangat tidak menyenangkan. Sebaik saha buka pintu buat pertama kali, bau dari tandas sangat menyengat hidung hingga ke malam hari.

Cadangan, letaklah sikit pewangi tandas supaya hilang bau.

Dan receptionist tidak mesra pelanggan.
