Instalación y todo bien, a excepción del incidente ya descrito.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue la falta de confianza respecto al manejo de la información de los huéspedes. Considero muy grave que datos relacionados con mi estadía hayan llegado a conocimiento de terceros sin mi autorización, afectando mi privacidad y tranquilidad.

En mis vacaciones hice 5 reservas, las 4 anteriores me cobraron el monto que establecía booking, la reserva 5 que fue el hotel Dorado BAQ me cobró un poco más, no comprendí el porqué.
Otra aspecto que no me gustó fue que los mobiliarios de la habitación están un poco descuidados.
El piso tenía baldosas quebradas, lo cual puede causar accidentes. El agua se estancaba en el lavamanos.
Creo que pueden mejorar esos aspectos.

Muy rico para descansar y disfrutar de la ciudad.

Su ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno delicioso, la habitación muy agradable igual que el personal.

Cons:

Lastimosamente nos salieron cucarachas en la habitación y debajo de la cama estaba sucio.
