Pros:

La cama y las almohadas muy comodas, el aire de la habitacion super bueno, pudimos dormir muy bien, la verdad descansamos de la rutina.
La atencion de las chichas de recepcion fue excelente, siempre han sido muy serviciales, tambien las encargadas de la limpieza y el vigilante muy amables.

Cons:

entramos hora y media despues de la especificada segun la reserva, porque las habitaciones no estaban listas, no habia toallas suficientes, me he quedado otras veces en el hotel y es primera vez que me sucede.
El desague del piso del baño tenia la tapita partida y me lastime pero no me corte, deben revisar eso

Relación precio calidad, precio alto para el servicio y tipo de habitación. El personal poco atento y disperso. El checking era a las tres y nos dejaron hasta las 3:30 esperando la llave. Tocó ir a recepción a reclamar para que entregaran la llave que tenían a la mano. El cuarto no contaba con toallas y las entregaron hasta la noche y por solicitud. La cama doble no es doble, el colchón se hundía. Las luces amarillas del cuarto son muy incómodas. La piscina tenía una mancha blanca flotando y con pelos flotando. El café malísimo. Nos ubicaron en un cuarto lejano y de baja calidad mientras otros cuartos se veían más cómodos.

Una pésima experiencia.

Pésima atención, llegamos a la 01:00 pm, nos dijeron que no podían hacernos el ingreso hasta las 03:00 pm, lo entendimos a regañadientes, solo nos hicieron el ingreso después de las 3:30 , a una habitación que parecía de hospital de película de terror, después de reclamar nos pasaron a las 4:30 para una mejor habitación pero solo con tres camas y había pagado una habitación para cinco personas, nos dieron solo tres toallas y solo porque las pedimos, solo había tres almohadas, el baño en pésimas condiciones, no colocaron jabón, no tenía citofono, la nevera no servía, olor a humedad, y lo peor el precio, $450.000 por una habitación que en cualquier mejor hotel no vales más de $200.000. Las fotos que muestran en la promoción no tienen nada que ver con la publicidad. En fin nos sentamos estafados y engañados. No sé los recomiendo, hay mejores opciones y más económicas.
