Einmaliges Erlebnis

Großes Zimmer, teilweise Abhilfe möglich auf Nachfrage, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

War ein Erlebnis, das Zimmer ganz oben 5. Stock hatte sicher 35°C beim Check-in. Sonne und der Heizkörper bei 30°C Außentemperatur auf Maximaleinstellung... das Thermostat war nicht richtig am Heizkörper dran. Also Fenster auf und Klima an. Betten rollten auseinander, im Wintergarten keine Möbel, Tür fehlte ganz, Zimmer kann nicht wirklich abgedunkelt werden, die Deko-Vorhänge lassen Licht ohne Ende durch. Kein Fön, winzige Tassen.

Alles in allem ok für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok und es gab frische Eierspeisen. Insbesondere die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich und die Betten müssten etwas fixiert werden, damit sie sich nicht in der Nacht bewegen, wenn man sich dreht.

Meine Erwartungen wurden mit Ausnahme meiner Kritikpunkte zum größtenTeil erfüllt.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im Mischgewerbegebiet. Die Turmform hat was Exotisches. Das Frühstück war durch individuelle Betretung sehr aufgewertet.
Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Nach meiner Auffassung ist es kein 4-Sternehotel, obwohl viele pos. Seiten. Bad hat soviel wie keine Ablagen, Duschvorhang geht gar nicht. Es fehlte eine Garderobe. Die Küche-Ausstattung war nicht für 3 Personen.
