Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were helpful and professional throughout our stay.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of high-quality food.
The onsen was excellent — very relaxing and clean.
Our room was comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Beautifully modern designed, fairly specious room, best shower we had during our visit. Good position but you do need to walk 20/30 mins to different areas. Stuff was super helpful and pleasant (like the rest of Japan)

Très bel hôtel, le personnel était accueillant et le petit-déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre « de luxe » qui s’est avérée être au 1er étage, directement dans les odeurs de cuisine du restaurant et de surcroît très mal insonorisée du bruit de circulation du boulevard très passant sur lequel elle donnait.. De plus l’hôtel est plutôt loin de la gare et loin des centres d’intérêt.

Bel hôtel avec une ambiance typiquement japonaise
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le design de l'hôtel et de la chambre, avec l'espace tatami même si on ne l'a finalement pas vraiment utilisé, la propreté partout, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre pour y aller à pied, et on a eu la chance d'avoir une chambre en étage élevé à l'arrière comme demandé, car sinon, les chambres sur le boulevard peuvent être un peu bruyantes au vu du traffic.

Comfort et détente
Pros:

Les chambres sont vraiment confortables et bien aménagées. La salle de bain était parfaite aussi. La literie était vraiment très confortable! Le Onsen de l'hôtel est vraiment super, et durant notre séjour, très peu de monde, encore plus appréciable! Au même niveau que le Onsen, quelques snacks et boissons chaudes "complimentary", ce qui est très sympa.

Cons:

Pas de bol pour nous, la chambre donnait sur un parking :) Mais on ne peut pas gagner la meilleure vue à chaque fois!
Autrement, rien à redire sur cet hôtel qui a un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Great stay and loved the free ice cream
Pros:

The hotel was next to a supermarket which was great as we can grab our milk, drinks and snacks. The hotel itself provide free ice cream, snacks and drinks which was the highlight of our stay. We love the green tea ice cream and hot latte. The rooms are very clean and room are much bigger compared to tokyo or osaka hotels.

Great location, amazing staff, and a breakfast worth waking up for.
Pros:

The centrally located property provided convenient access to Kyoto’s various attractions via taxi. The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff ensured a pleasant stay, and breakfast became something we genuinely looked forward to every single morning. They lay out a beautiful, massive spread with so many different options, giving us the perfect fuel for long days of walking and exploring the city. They also have a public bath which was very clean and relaxing.

Cons:

They could have had better coffee during breakfast. Our bed was a little small for 2 adults and a kid, so maybe we should have got the larger king size bed, but I don’t remember seeing the option.
