Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful. It was our base in Kyoto and well placed with some excellent side streets to explore. The room we booked was enormous compared to anywhere else we booked during our stay.

Luxurious stay in Kyoto
Pros:

The property felt luxurious, with relatively large rooms and space. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The location was solid for taking the city buses around landmarks like the Yasaka Pagoda and the Bamboo Forest. There are also a solid number of restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Definitely the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Everything went perfectly. Our luggage was already waiting for us in our room when we were arrived, staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, the room was immaculate and so comfortable, and the onsen was a really lovely space to unwind in. We wish we could have stayed longer; we will definitely be back.
