Great location and service
Floor 13 was very noisy being below the roof top bar and there were a lot of strange noises during the rain storm
Beautiful design and architecture. The bathroom was super spacious and looked very Scandinavian.
The hotel is surrounded by a lot of nice food spots on Spadina avenue and has a parc just on the corner. About 12 min walking from the metro line which is super convenient to explore downtown Toronto. Super super quick check in/check out process and the staff was really nice!
I would have expected at minimum to have more charging plugs in my room (e.g. USB/USB-C). I have been told that it was not consistent for each bedroom.
In addition, my room was on 3rd floor and the echo of the Evangeline on a Saturday was pretty loud. I would not recommend for a quiet getaway.
Comfortable bed. Loved the window seat & view of the park. Waterworks food hall right across the street. Roof top & lobby bars. Friendly staff.
Elevators gave us a bit of a hard time as we needed to use our key everytime to get to our floor. We had a laugh though as we were told that is now the norm. Who knew?
Easy check in, good location, cozy room
We had a lovely stay at the Ace Hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located with great food and drink options right on site! It feels like a little oasis in the city. Would definitely stay here again!
We would have liked to have the option of valet parking but there is a parking garage located conveniently across the street at the food hall.

The food we ordered was very nice though the charcuterie not having cheese came as a surprise. the room was beautiful the staff very helpful, over all I wonderful stay!
The bedding was not as comfortable as I’d liked it to have been.
