Todo fue muy bueno, la habitación amplia, limpia muy cómoda, el personal muy amable y atentos, el masaje sensorial con velas fue fantástico, todo 10/10.

La ubicación y las instalaciones.
El personal mencionaba el desayuno empezando a las 8, sin embargo, empieza un poco más tarde. También, nuestro checkout era a las 12, salimos a las 9 pero preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas mientras íbamos a Cholula y volvíamos. Nos dijeron que sí, pero por un precio extra de 50 pesos o pagando medio día de hotel.
The staff was helpful and kind. The room and bathroom are large, modern and clean. Bed was decent and our room was quiet. The location is great for walking around the Centro.
The wifi barely worked in our room. We couldn't watch tv because the wifi signal wasn't strong enough to stream anything. The hotel should add wifi signal boosters. The shower took a long time for the water to heat up, like 10 to 15 minutes. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which is inconvenient if you're going to the airport early or have an early tour.
We were given an upgrade as the TV and wifi weren’t working in the room we booked. Very appreciative as we were staying 4 nights.

Hotel muy bonito en pleno centro de Puebla. El personal muy atento y amable. Nos sentimos directamente como en casa. Nos quedamos 2 noches y disfrutamos de los encanto de Puebla. El Hotel queda en la calle de los dulces tipicos de Puebla, como decia: excelente ubicacion para recorrer la ciudad a pie.
Fuimos los unicos huespedes en el hotel durante nuestros 2 dias de estadia. Pese a pedir un cambio de habitacion, ya que nuestar habitacion quedaba en la planta baja junto a la zona donde se sirven los desayunos para tener un poco mas de privacidad, nos fue negado el cambio de la misma. Preguntamos dos veces a diferentes recepcionistas sin poder efectuar el cambio. No insistimos mas para no molestar.
La cama era excelente y todo estaba muy limpio.
No había Internet en la habitación y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo el desayuno, que además resultó ser bastante limitado.

Me encanto la ubicación, la amabilidad y el respeto del personal del hotel, todo muy limpio y lindo. A pesar de que viajaba sola me sentí muy segura y eso fue lo que me dijeron cuando hice check in en el hotel el día que llegue. Recibí apoyo por parte de recepción en todo lo que necesite.
Soy una persona que no puede dormir con el mínimo de ruido, y a las 5 am empiezan a escucharse ruido del restaurante, por lo que no pude dormir mas allá de las 5 am. Pero lo demás, fueron super amables. Lo veo mas como un problema mio.
