The location

Cons:

The internet and no cable. The internet was so bad couldn’t get any shows or movies to load. It was terrible. The lights in the bedroom weee ridiculous. And the ac was not working when we got there. TVs weren’t working. And I think at the price you charge you should offer something for breakfast, coffee bagels. Donuts. Something!!

Super Hotel an Top Lage
Pros:

Top Lage, super Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und ausgestattete Küche. Man hat Platz und alles was man braucht. pool, Fitness, Gemeinschaftsgrill ect ist alles da.

Cons:

In der Nacht hört man die übertönten Autos von der Strasse. Aber es ist kein Grund das Hotel nicht zu buchen.

Very nice!
Pros:

Walking distance to Broadway.
Nice spacious apartment.
Towels, wash tabs and coffee supplies were replenished every few days.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful when au checked in and assisted me to findparking for the car.

Cons:

Queen size bed. Would prefer a king, but the bed was comfortable.

Unacceptable client service
Cons:

There was a duplicate booking. When at the hotel I was informed twice by the check in staff that booking.com was contacted to cancel the duplicate booking. Booking .com has had NO communication. Totally unacceptable!! The property will not answer any of my messages. Any help would be appreciated!!

One of the most omazing places ive ever stayed
Pros:

The unit was super clean, staff was very helpful threw the whole process. Even gave us tips on what to see. And the view was omazing!!!!

Cons:

The only thing that threw me off was the parking was kinda high for 1 night

Location, amenities, the view from the 29th floor the attached French cafe work super friendly staff and excellent espresso

Cons:

No tissues in the room, elevator took a few times to get it right, my room had no untennsils, other times did. Blinds were mediocre quality
