Great location, clean and stylish rooms.
Pros:

It's a great walkable location to many things, easy to walk back and forth from Broadway. There are lots of great restaurants close by. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. The check in process was super simple and fast.

Great location made the week a real treat
Pros:

Excellent location - Room Size and the staff were just great. Excellent facilities and fantastic views - very easy to get to Broadway walking.

Cons:

Blinds were a little difficult to operate and lower when first in the apartment.

Great location, lots of room.
Pros:

Great location, two blocks from all the fun on Broadway, across the river from Titans stadium if you're going to a game. Large, well-appointed apartment with separate living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bath. Large windows take in the view and let in lots of light. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in full kitchen would make long term stays very easy.

Cons:

Water pressure was a bit weak, but that's a minor issue.

Family 4 night stay in Nashville
Pros:

This is our second time staying at the placemakr sobro. This is such a great location. It is close to everything but just outside of the craziness of broadway. Amazing views from every window! Great and welcoming front staff.

Cons:

The furniture (couch) and rugs have stains on them. Easily fixed by steam cleaning. Change of pillows would also be good. Some of the pillows are worn and uncomfortable.
