Pros:

The room felt like a real condo with the furniture and view, plus having laundry in room available. I liked the easy access to vending machines in the lobby.

Cons:

The long term tenants, made it awkward. Not helpful or even a hold the elevator or door for you. I got the “I’m not on vacation, so screw you” vibe. You could tell who was there for vacation and not. Killed the mood for sure. Also the parking $75 for 26 hours of parking. Wasn’t expecting that.

Great location and room.

Cons:

Bedroom had constant running water meaning you couldn’t get any sleep due to the noise. Raised with reception and not sorted. Then when raised again, the receptionist was condescending making it sound like it was my fault. Sadly no sleep and this rude receptionist spoiled the entire stay.

The room did not have regular TV channels, the mattress was sagging and you would roll inwards towards the middle. Staff was curt and not very friendly. No parking onsite and the fee to park in a public garage next door ($59 every 24 hours) was ridiculous.

Parking. The hotel advertises parking but it’s public, we were told at reception that they do not allow motorcycles, we found a parking area that wanted $75 for 12 hours max. But we only needed 13 hours we found another that was $50 but on leaving we were charged $100 per motorcycle!!! Drunk people in the elevator. We did not feel safe
