Nice layout in the room.
Terrible parking, check-in and out was complicated, narrow halls that made luggage transport difficult - no restaurant on site - ice not avail ans vending on one floor only.

The room was much more spacious than I imagined! Great big windows, and a nice balcony made this feel very luxurious without the price tag. Also the pool was really clean and always got a lounger.
Elevator wait time wass pretty slow but that is nothing that can be fixed and wasn't that big of a deal. Just something I noticed.

Location was great. Close to everything
No balcony. No frying pan. Had to call to get one to be able to cook. I’d stayed the weekend before and the room was excellent. Had balcony and everything we needed.

I enjoyed everything about this property. I’ve stayed at least a dozen places in Nashville and this is my favorite overall. Awesome views, best bang for your buck, friendly staff and a short walking distance to Broadway.
Everything went well
The property was brilliantly located and the room had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer!
I would prefer a none material sofa (leather for example). The WiFi was really poor and we could not use our fire-stick during our stay as the buffering was too much (only hotel in four weeks worth of travel where this was an issue)…
The room / apartment was lovely it had everything you needed and more.
Big long codes to get in and out of room etc if you didn’t have it logged you was locked out lol
Location was fantastic! Staff was very friendly and the rooms with a balcony and the view, awesome!
Our room on the 13th floor had NO hot or warm water, very cold or cold was the only option. The tv remote was very hard to get to work, decided not to use it.
