Niet Hilton waardig
Pros:

Receptionist probeert te helpen maar nog lang wachten. Mooie kamer

Cons:

Personeel was in de ochtend in het restaurant niet erg vriendelijk tegen gasten( niet tegen ons maar hij raakte geïrriteerd doordat er borden niet opgeruimd werden) lang moeten wachten voordat we de kamer op konden. Er is niet vermeld dat de straat op ligt voor werkzaamheden. Niet behulpzaam bij koffers. Kortom weet niet waarvoor Hilton staat

Shower head coming out of wall loose and bangs, no couch or chair, breakfast was ALL starches, no safe GF options, a yogurt “machine” no thank you. Prepackaged items with food labels please.

LaQianda was really sweet an helpful. She was so pleasant on front desk.

The bed was super comfortable and loved having 4 down pillows.

Cons:

The toilet was running the whole time and ended up breaking on our 2nd night. We have to smell our own feces. It was awful. The valet was a joke bc street was shut down.

O quarto e os funcionários foram excelentes, mas no geral não voltaria a ficar neste hotel nem recomendo.

O quarto era excelente e os funcionários simpáticos. O pequeno-almoço foi agradável.

Cons:

Havia uma festa no nosso piso, cheirava muito a erva no piso, embora seja um hotel que se diga ser smoke-free e a localização não era excelente, não nos sentíamos seguros na rua. O estacionamento foi difícil e o valet estava cheio de trabalho, ficando os carros na rua durante muito tempo (e era caríssimo!).
