minha estadia superou as expectativas. Nem na minha casa me senti tão bem.
Pros:

O Flag Design é com certeza um hotel diferenciado. Desde a recepção até o pequeno almoço, que de manhã, logo nos surpreende com tanta variedade e qualidade. As instalações do hotel são únicas, com muito estilo e história. Roupas de cama e toalhas limpíssimas e cheirosas. Todos os funcionários são atenciosos e dedicados, mas a Mafalda da recepção é sem dúvida o melhor cartão de visitas do hotel. Simpática, prestativa e muito amável , ela supera as expectativas. Foi por esse motivo que nos hospedamos pela segunda vez neste hotel. A Mafalda trata o hóspede como se fosse um amigo, ela é perfeita!

Cons:

não gostei de deixado o hotel.

Great staff, especially the receptionist. Lovely room and Hotel is very central to everything.in this beautiful old town. Very nice breakfast choices.

Cons:

Only problems I encountered were the narrowness of the streets and getting close to the Hotel entrance. And finding parking thereafter. All problems were surmountable.

Tudo esteve perfeito!
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, em pleno centro de Viana do Castelo, a poucos minutos de tudo. Os quartos são modernos e confortáveis, a casa de banho é bastante espaçosa e tudo se encontrava impecavelmente limpo.

A piscina no terraço, com uma vista deslumbrante sobre Viana do Castelo e Santa Luzia, é um verdadeiro destaque. O espaço de leitura é igualmente muito agradável e o pequeno-almoço é variado e de excelente qualidade.

Por fim, uma nota especial para toda a equipa, sempre simpática, atenciosa e cuidadosa com todos os detalhes. Obrigada por tudo. Voltaremos, sem dúvida! ❤️
