das hotel ist gut,lage ist perfekt,Staff sind seht nett,Zimmer ist hervorragend
Pros:

Das Fruehstuck war in Ordnung,die Lage war insbesondere hervoragend,direkt an alle,unten neben den Lobby gibt ist ein kleines Imbiss und Baekerei.auch ein Apotheke.die Front office staff sind sehr sehr hoeflich und competent besondere Miss Angel.Der Security Guards hat immer fuer uns ein taxi besorgt.SM Baguio ist zu fuzz zu erreichen.Das Zimmer war sehr gross und die Betten auch.diese Hotel kann man weiter Empfehlen.

Cons:

Baguio ist bekannt für gute Obst,leider beim Frühstück war immer das gleiche.Kaffee war ziemlich schlect.Mehr Brot sorte vielleicht

Pros:

Almost everything from the service to the rooms that was requested. Clean, Nice, Comfortable.

Cons:

Not really disint like but could have more breakfast options especially if they have foreign guest.

Can’t recommend, to pricey for this quality
Cons:

Price: Compared to other hotels/stays in Manila, Sagada and Banaue, it was too pricey!
Noise: they require their guests to be quiet after 9 or 10 pm, but it was super noisy in the hotel - I don’t know why

Hotel is totally not a good value for money
Pros:

The Receptionist Angel was patient, informative & helpful. Don't lose her...she is the best asset of your hotel.

Cons:

It's tooo expensive. Very limited facility. Breakfast was repetitive & very limited that I even had to pay for my tea. Guests are not properly informed about things that can affect them like change in location of breakfast restaurant and pending power outages.

Office staff very friendly, rooms basic and functional, maintenance iffy, area well located. Would consider using again
Pros:

Staff very god and helpful.

Cons:

Location good.
Problems: No hot water first day,
Toilet overflowed
Phone would not work first 4/5 day stay
Housekeeping did not resupply properly
each day
