Excellent, comfortable, and accessible location with city view and basement parking
Pros:

Relatively accessible from Session Road, the Public Market, Burnham Park

Cons:

The traffic outside but the hotel does not have control over it. Nevertheless, service, cleanliness, and comfort were all excellent

I had a comfortable stay and really appreciated the room size, amenities, view, and breakfast.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here! I loved the spacious room, the comfortable bed, and the balcony with a nice view. The room also had everything I needed. The shower water heater was especially easy to use compared with other places I’ve stayed. I also appreciated having a free water dispenser in the hallway. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, especially the selection of traditional Filipino dishes.

Cons:

A few things that could be improved: When I first walked into the room, I noticed that the floor felt grainy under my feet and I could not really walk barefoot (I requested housekeeping). I also noticed around three dead insects when I pulled out the comforter. I didn’t encounter any live insects, but I thought it would be worth mentioning for future room checks.

Pros:

Staffs were accomodating, provided us with umbrella and booked a taxi when needed. The room was spacious and even though there's no kettle inside, there's a water dispenser with cold and hot water just in the lobby.

Pros:

The location was great - the staff was super helpful, and I noticed the security guard helping a elderly lady by getting a chair for her, from the nearby shop, while she was waiting for a Taxi in the Baguio rain. That's a 10/10 service to that!

Cons:

I recommend people to book a room with a real view - it feels weird with the window being straight into a wall, so recommend people spend a bit extra to avoid it (it ain't bad, just not worth the saving I believe).

A pleasant vacation experience

Near to everything, like stores, malls, sights, and pasalubong centers, hotel is well maintained and bed rooms are comfortable, staffs are all professional and friendly.

I recommend this place if you are staying in Baguio
Pros:

Staff service is excellent. Location is good and nearby Ilikha ad session road. Buffet food is nice and we totally enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The sound of elevator can be heard even during nights but it’s somewhat tolerable so it’s still ok.

The towels on the 2nd day does not smell good. The neighbor room at night is noisy even already 11 midnight. Seems they dnt care on time. Hope there will be one staff to rounds on midnight to check cuz is hazzel for as to knock on their door. 🤣
