Pros:

Prima hotel, ontbijt is basic maar voldoende. De ligging van het hotel is top, dichtbij centrum en Quartier Bleu. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ontbijt kan wat uitgebreider.

Zeker een aanrader om van hieruit Hasselt te verkennen.
Pros:

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in dit hotel. Het is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Hasselt te bezoeken, te shoppen of te genieten van de vele restaurants. Het ontbijt is verzorgd en in orde, de kamers en sanitair proper en verzorgd. Er is telkens personeel aanwezig om je vragen te beantwoorden en/of je te bedienen aan de bar. De mogelijkheid om gratis koffie en fris water te nuttigen de ganse dag door is een absoluut pluspunt! Onze fietsen stonden (gratis) in de ondergrondse garage.

Cons:

Voor ons was de airco in de onthaalruimte en ontbijthoek net iets te fris ingesteld.

Cons:

De klantenservice mag zeker iets aan gedaan worden. Je kan geen contact krijgen met ze als je om een factuur vraagt. Sinds mei berichten verstuurd en we zitten nu in juli. Meerdere malen gebeld maar geen gehoor.

Pros:

Einrichtung des Zimmers in sehr gutem Zustand.
Sehr ruhig - keine Störgeräusche im Hotel oder draussen. Bequemes Bett. Gute Lage, zentrumsnah.
Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Goede kamer en goede badkamer met goed sanitair. Vriendelijke mensen en goede parking onder het hotel. Niet zo makkelijk vindbaar.
