Overall pleasant stay
Pros:

Room was nice and spacious. Ok location. Had balcony which was nice. Big soft beds. 3 aircondition units in app which kept it very cool. Enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Showerheads desperately needed descaling. Only allowed 2 toilet rolls pr. Day for a 4 person room. We bought our own. Payed 500 pesos for 1 extra blanket. Which are typically free.

Ok but could have been a lot better with a few tweaks
Pros:

The property was good and could have been a 10/10 but there were a few issues which were disappointing. The room itself (studio) was great, very spacious, well laid out, plenty of room for our belongings, quiet, great location for bars, restaurants and supermarket,felt safe there. The gym had a wide range of equipment. The pool looked ok though we didn’t use it, as was the roof top terrace which we couldn’t use due to weather.

Cons:

We felt check in was very regimented, requiring a 2000 peso deposit, but your system did not accept our cards so we needed cash which we hadn’t planned for. The shower leaked and we had no hot water on two days we were there. The balcony door/window leaked and our room flooded (we appreciate there was a tropical storm but this is a new/modern hotel so should be weather proof). There’s no water in the gym, or any cleaning spray for the equipment. The breakfast was good but had a real issue that the only drink included was black coffee. I can’t drink coffee as it gives me stomach problems. After complaining, the manager did offer tea or a lemon drink as an alternative, but we shouldn’t have needed to ask for this, would have been better as an option in the first place.

Fantastic rooms in the best location of the city.
Pros:

The staff are professional. Under knowledgeable leadership. You never feel like a walking ATM.
My room exceeded expectations and I enjoyed my stay here. Nobody entered without consent. I’ve read other reviews. Cleaning was to a high standard upon request. Guards are friendly and reliable. I received every delivery entrusted to them. Thanks.

Cons:

It’s loud at night. From the bars downstairs. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this isn’t the place for you. 30 years ago, in my 20’s, this would have been perfect. I can’t fault the property or staff. One thing in life in certain, if lucky enough, we grow old, our needs change, and life has taught me there is a place for everyone. You just need to find it. For those who like to party in a great location of the city this is your place. Friendly and wonderful hosts.

Pros:

部屋が広かった。セキュリティもかなりしっかりしていた。

Cons:

ホテル周辺は少し怖かった。セブシティのモールには行きやすいが、マクタン島まではGrabで15〜30分ほど

Pros:

Апарт отель, совсем рядом с модным районом it park. Все очень понравилось, особенно завтраки:дают талончик в находящийся по соседству стейк хаус. Были пару дней,впечатление очень хорошее,рекомендую.
