No me gustó que la habitación fuera de código, no me sentí segura. El personal de limpieza por error entró antes (9:00 a.m.) del checkout.

La habitación está ubicada en el mismo portal luego cada vez que alguien entraba o salía se escuchaba el ruido del sistema de apertura que emitía un pitido muy desagradable, de la puerta y de la gente hablando. Y entraba y salía mucha gente. Sin pegar ojo las dos noches. Por no hablar del olor a cañería insoportable dentro de la habitación. Intenté contactar con alguien del personal y fue imposible. Todo mensajes tipo y claves.

The apartment we got was not anything similar to the pictures. It was smaller. The towels smelled, maybe because they were not fully dried. The under sofa was not very clean.

There was a blood stain on the bedsheet. It had clearly been washed, but naturally we would expect stained sheets not to be used for guests. We also weren’t assisted with early check-in.

Most disappointing of all, I left my shirt at the apartment. I contacted you one week after check-out, but I was told it couldn’t be found. I honestly don’t understand how something that was 100% left there could not be found.

We had the floor apartment, there is almost no daylight, it feels like you're in the cellar.
In the bathroom was sometimes a horrible smell, especially after showering, either the drain or mould.

It feels a bit run down in the surrounding area but we always felt safe.

Το wifi δεν έπιανε καθόλου

The ventilation is not good and kitchen layout for my unit compared to my family and friends unit that they rented ( we’re 6 couples) the unit assigned to them is nicer with good ventilation if they like to cooked breakfast unlike mine zero level unit, how can you cooked even just egg if your bed is just on the side of sink and top oven kitchen. ( common sense anything you cooked the scent of oil or food will go to the bed)
The sink also in bathroom every time we open the water splash because it’s too low and water pressure in the faucet is hard to control
Better changed the sink bowl so it won’t splash even high water pressure from faucet.
While the Help desk or guest assistant ( not sure what is his/her right position to be called) Evan is very kind and helpful. Specially among the group of us only me didn’t have receive the instructions ahead of time upon checking due to some network issues on my behalf, my check in time gets smoothly.
