It feels a bit run down in the surrounding area but we always felt safe.

The ventilation is not good and kitchen layout for my unit compared to my family and friends unit that they rented ( we’re 6 couples) the unit assigned to them is nicer with good ventilation if they like to cooked breakfast unlike mine zero level unit, how can you cooked even just egg if your bed is just on the side of sink and top oven kitchen. ( common sense anything you cooked the scent of oil or food will go to the bed)
The sink also in bathroom every time we open the water splash because it’s too low and water pressure in the faucet is hard to control
Better changed the sink bowl so it won’t splash even high water pressure from faucet.
While the Help desk or guest assistant ( not sure what is his/her right position to be called) Evan is very kind and helpful. Specially among the group of us only me didn’t have receive the instructions ahead of time upon checking due to some network issues on my behalf, my check in time gets smoothly. Thanks for the help Evan

We were located at the bottom floor. The isolation was very bad, constantly waking up because we could hear very loud the entrance door.
The room has bad smell coming from the toilet

Chambre bruyante on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'immeuble aucune aération dans la chambre air lourd et humide présence de moisie dans la salle de bain et sous les fenêtres de la chambre un problème sanitaire très grave.
À la lecture des avis des Google c'est le cas pour pas mal de chambre et des personnes ont eu des punaises de lit.

The only real problem I can think of is the noise from the street and entry doors downstairs. It's not a busy street but you still hear the cars passing plus the entry doors are heavy and most people are too stupid to shut them without making the whole building shake... Surprisingly, I slept well despite this but if you're sensitive to noise at night, bring ear plugs. That should be enough.

Quelques petites limites à avoir en tête : l'isolation phonique est légère (rez-de-chaussée oblige mais cela ne concerne que l’appartement au rez de chaussée) et les rideaux ne bloquent pas totalement la lumière, donc si vous êtes sensible au bruit ou à la lumière le matin, pensez à prévoir un masque de nuit et des bouchons d’oreilles

The door code system is absolutely terrible, and there's no backup when it fails. We got locked outside the room in the early hours of the morning because the door lock just stopped working and there was no backup key to enter the room nor anyone available to come and let us in. A very polite and apologetic man on the phone helped us gain access to stay in one of the other rooms in the building, but we were locked out of our room (and all our stuff) until noon the day after! What if our phone batteries had died? Absolutely stressful and unnecessary. Safe to say, we won't be returning, sadly.
