Die Matratzen sind super, die Zimmer Balkon sind schön und hell. Sehr schöne Duschen! Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und auf dem rooftop sind nett und serviceorientiert.

Für mich war der Aufenthalt in allen Belangen sehr positiv !
Pros:

Das Hotel als Haus war sehr angenehm bei der Nutzung.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, höflich und sehr positiv bei der Bearbeitung von persönlichen Anliegen meiner Seite.
Auch die später nach der Hotel-Buchung zusätzliche Bestellung eines Care-Service vom Airport zum Hotel hat sehr gut geklappt - Kommunikation war schnell und effektiv.
Besonders angenehm war der Aufenthalt auf der Dach-Terrasse mit dem gastronomischen Angebot sowie dem sehr schönen Rundblick über die Stadt

4-star pricing but 1-star value. Very disappointed

I specifically asked for a quiet room, but I got put next to a constantly noisy staff-only room. Most of the shower head jets were not working and there were just 2 coffee pods. When checking out I was told in a very officious manner my room was to be checked and to wait. After approx 5 minutes I was allowed to leave the hotel. (On my last visit there was no such check.)

Being better on these points is critical to being able to award a decent number of stars considering the relatively high price for a night stay. Tribe seems to have 4-star pricing, but on this occasion I think the room and service were more 1-star!
