I switched from another Accor Hotel to Tribe Hotel in Phnom Penh. What drew me to this hotel were the details paid to almost everything that the guests handled - breakfast, room service, cleanliness, security, house-keeping ... Above all, the warm hospitality and friendliness from every hotel staff. Some went an extra mile like helping me pay for the delivery service in advance when I was not back in the hotel in time, keeping my delivered items secured etc... As a gold and Explorer member, Ms Mey / Sales personally took care of all my hotel bookings; average 2 weeks per month. The room that I need, items within, cleanliness etc.... was personally looked into prior to my arrival. That is the main reason why I kept returning to the hotel to stay. This is a hotel I recommend to those seeking a quiet, safe and friendly accommodation in Phnom Penh. Reasonably priced too.
We stayed in TRIBE for 2.5 weeks during a work trip and they did a fantastic job hosting us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the food was very nice. They were so accommodating whenever we needed anything. Definitely recommend!

Good services
Placed well in Phnom Penh, close to plenty of restaurants and activities. The rooms are very clean and the service is perfect. Even tho the road is right under the hotel, we can’t hear the noise coming from outside.

The staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty while we took in the breathtaking views. A special thanks to the team for their expert cocktail recommendations, each drink was a work of art. If you want world-class service with a view to match, this is the place to be. but it's the hospitality from people like ( Srey On ) that will bring us back. If you visit the Sky Bar, definitely look for them, you'll be in great hands!
Decent hotel, room we were given was too small without a balcony so paid extra and upgraded.
The floor was polished concrete so if you walked bare footed my feet were black. Nice breakfast.
Swimming pool was good but not in the sun all day. Good location, we walked to the King's palace and back.
