Une chambre spacieuse, confortable et joliment décorée, mais un service au petit déjeuner qui gagnerait à être renforcé
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, avec une décoration contemporaine et originale. Malgré le fait qu’elle donnait sur la rue, elle était relativement calme, ce qui nous a permis de passer un séjour agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons un peu moins apprécié le service du petit déjeuner. Une seule personne était présente pour servir les boissons et débarrasser les tables, ce qui semblait insuffisant compte tenu du nombre de clients. Les tables n’étaient par ailleurs pas dressées à l’arrivée. Pour une nuit, cela reste tout à fait acceptable, mais pour un séjour plus long, nous aurions apprécié un service plus fluide et mieux organisé.

Schönes Hotel, Hotel-Personal nicht erreichbar und reagiert nicht - Service extrem schlecht
Cons:

Von Hotel war niemand erreichbar, werdet telefonisch noch per WhatsApp.
Der Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Die email sollte einen Link enthalten, der jedoch defekt oder falsch war, er hat jedenfalls nicht funktioniert. Auch die sehr nette Frau, die das Frühstück bereitete, hat nichts finden können; auch ihr wurde nicht per WhatsApp geantwortet.

Da der Check-in nicht funktionierte, haben wir keine Tickets für die Öffis erhalten, die mit dem Zimmerpreis bereits bezahlt waren. Auf eine Email hat das Hotel bis heute nicht reagiert. Das ist ein extrem schlechter Service! Und wenn ich es genau betrachte, fühle ich mich betrogen: ich musste nochmals Öffi Tickets kaufen und bezahlen.

Daher die schlechte Bewertung, auch wenn ich das Hotel selbst ganz schön fand.
Nochmals werde ich hier definitiv nicht buchen.

Müll wurde am Ankuftstag nicht geleert und ein Handtuch war mit einem Fleck vorgefunden

我喜欢这里的装修风格。线上check in和沟通都很方便。

Cons:

这个房间只有浴缸，没有淋浴或浴帘。洗澡的时候，我担心水溅到外面，所以一直小心翼翼。另外，我们在入住期间，有工作人员直接打开了我们的房门，我们被吓到了。

es lief alles sehr unkompliziert ab.

Cons:

die fahrräder galten als ständig besetzt, obwohl sie überwiegend in den ständern vor ort waren. es hiess dann per whatsapp, man soll zu den ständern gehen und nachsehen, ob sie besetzt sind...what????

unser zimmer war recht dunkel (nur ein kleines fenster) und es gab kein duschgel oder shampoo, nur seife und bodymilk.

Polster waren sehr unbequem - aber das ist alles geschmachssache 😊

Very nice hotel boutique, nice concept of keyless entry and family friendly
Pros:

Very nice that you can have access to a storage room before the check-in time. It was convenient and a restroom was also available. You almost don't see/interact with the staff and although it seems odd, it worked pretty well. The keyless system worked well and we were offered a late check-out for an extra fee that was very reasonable. The hotel is somewhat walking distance to the city centre and some attractions. Not far from the train station either. I would totally recommend it to friends and would come back. The breakfast at first seemed a bit pricey but in the end it was almost the same price as everywhere else. The bathroom and amenities where good and the bedroom had a really nice size for a family of three.

Cons:

They could have some vending machines or water bottles for sale. Although tap water is okay in Europe, it is always good to have the option of buying regular or sparkling water too.

I’d definitely stay in this apartment next time.
Pros:

The room is very cozy and comfortable. Easy to find the building. Self check-in worked out perfectly. The information provided by the host is amazing. The organic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash are very good. Love the idea of having basin outside of the bathroom.
