Extremely bad and completely unacceptable — the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

The hotel’s exterior design is beautiful.

I had an extremely serious and unacceptable experience with this property.
I booked a room for the night of 29 June and arrived at around 21:30. This was a self check-in property with no reception on site. I followed the check-in instructions and entered the room with the code provided by the property.
After entering the room, I found that it had not been cleaned and was not in a usable condition for an overnight stay. The bed and the room were in a used, messy condition. This was not a minor cleanliness issue or a matter of comfort. The room was simply not ready for a guest to stay in.
I tried to contact the property by phone that night, but nobody answered. The automated message said that contact would only be possible from 08:00. I also contacted Booking.com, but no alternative accommodation was arranged for me that night. Since I had no usable room and no help was available, I had to book another hotel myself at short notice.
The next morning, I called the property at around 09:00. I was told that the room issue could only be handled later and that I should call again at 13:30 or write an email. In my opinion, this was not an acceptable response to such a serious failure, especially after a guest had already been left without a usable room late at night.
Booking.com also contacted the property regarding compensation, but no agreement was reached. I had to pay for replacement accommodation myself because the room provided by this property was not usable.
For a self check-in property without reception, reliable cleaning control and emergency support are absolutely essential. In this case, both failed. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I cannot recommend this property unless they make major improvements to room preparation, emergency communication, and guest support.

Goede plek, veilige plek voor de fietsen. Pal in het centrum.
Pros:

Locatie, het veilig kunnen stallen in de binnentuin van de fietsen en het ontbijt. En de mevrouw die alles regelde.

Cons:

We hadden voor dit hotel gekozen omdat er airco was (buiten 37graden). Helaas deed in onze kamer de airco het niet, waardoor het binnen ook bloedjeheet was.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το πρωινό ήταν άψογο, η τοποθεσία ήσυχη και πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείου. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και σίγουρα θα το προτείναμε.

Great city hotel for easy access to everything offered by Salzburg
Pros:

The air conditioning was quiet and effective.
The hotel is perfectly situated for the number 2 bus to the airport and also for a pleasant river walk into town.
Breakfast was carefully prepared and wonderfully presented.
Best night’s sleep of the trip!

Cons:

There was a bit of a mix-up with what room we were in as I received emails with 2 different room
numbers so there was a bit of trial and error to get into the room.

Loved staying there. Excellent public transportation connections.
Pros:

Easy access to tram and trains. Rooms were small, but comfortable. Beds were very comfortable! Very clean with a nice cafe on first floor, easy luggage storage for early arrivals.

Cons:

Difficulty contacting the management. No manager on site.

Great Boutique hotel and value for money.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was great. It was very kind of them to check us in way early than the actual check-in time. The staff were great. The design and setup of the room was very practical. The breakfast was very good and of high quality. The location was great too, 25 mins bus ride from airport and 15 mins walk to the train station. Great connectivity to town centre too.
Value for money when compared to other locations for the budget.
We really loved the place.
