Everything was perfect clean new rooms smells so clean and if you work nights the blinds are amazing

Smell of the room, not clean, unwelcoming staff

Location wasn’t ideal for what we needed but might be perfect for someone else.

The room smelled like I don't know what that smell could ever be. We will offered different rooms but they all smelled the same and just as bad. It was too late for us to cancel and go somewhere else, but we did cancel our booking for later in the week on our return trip home. We had to buy and use Odorban to make it bearable.

8/22/2026 First impression: when you open the room door, it stinks terribly. I brought it to the night manager's attention and he offered other rooms; we viewed several other rooms they all have a very bad odor about them. He apologized saying he had only been working there a few days. He believes the odor was from the air conditioning unit but as I pointed out, each room has its own air conditioning unit so that would mean all of the air conditioning units need to be serviced. It's a terrible smell, worse than smoking and dog pee. It's so bad we had to go to Walmart and buy Odorban and spray the entire room as well as the air conditioning unit. Also, I know this is my fault and I take full responsibility, but I left my very expensive quality phone charger plugged into the wall when we checked out the next morning. We were a few hours after checking out when I realized it and I called the hotel the manager then told me I'd have to wait and call the next day when housekeeping would be available. That makes no sense, they should be cleaning the room the same day we checked out but anyways I called the next day he then asked me to describe my phone charger which I did and he said he looked there was none that was turned in that look like that. We returned 4 days later on our return trip home and I stopped in to check again in person. The manager brought out a handful of phone chargers but none was mine. So one of two things happened because I know exactly where I left it plugged in. Either housekeeping stole it, or housekeeping didn't do their job and didn't see it and the next guest saw it and took it. Either way, I have to blame housekeeping for not finding it and turning it in. Way overpriced because of the smell. I wouldn't stay there again because they failed to find and turn in forgotten items. Stay away unless you bring Odorban with you!

Bed very uncomfortable, noisy , We notified staff and manager did not seem to be concerned. And if you book 2 nights and only stay for 1 day dont expect any refund for tge second day you didn't stay.

The room was horribly smelly. There was also a broken chair in the room. I told the manager that I could not stay under these conditions and left to ask a cousin if I could stay with her. She said,Yes. I will never go that "hotel" and definitely Never refer Anyone to stay there.

No hot water Outside of hotel very old and run down. Parking lot had huge holes in it was in desperate need of repairs A FALL HAZARD.
Breakfast had very few choices. TV had very limited channels.

The room smelled like mold/mildew. The carpet was wet and soaked thru my socks. People were hanging outside smoking. They didnt approach us but sat right outside our room with a radio on when we got in our room. Thankfully they didnt stay out there for long.
