Friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

I have stayed 3 times now, and every time I'm made to feel welcome and the rooms are always clean, tidy, and comfortable. I can also thoroughly recommend the Indian restaurant next door! I often get my meal delivered to my room so I can relax.

Cons:

Wish breakfast was served earlier than 9am!

Comfortable, excellent food and friendly
Pros:

The room was excellent value for money. The aircon was really useful. The food in the attached restaurant was outstanding and very reasonable for the quality. They even have their own veggie patch for the restaurant.

Cons:

You need to drive to get to town. Though you could eat on site and drink a beer from the restaurant in the garden. As I was visiting to go walking, it would have been nice to have a few printouts of walks in the area and possibly information about things to do in the area. This is a small recommendation though, as I really enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay as the hotel was nice and the staff were pleasant

The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was freshly cooked for us. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was small for 2 people and not enough cupboard space for 2.

Fabulous break
Pros:

A great location for Tenterden, Maidstone and other places to visit. Hotel is really clean, very well maintained, very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Excellent food and service in the restaurant. Stayed here last year and enjoyed our stay so much we came back this year and will definitely be back again. Would definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant.

Great, looking forward to going back
Pros:

Friendly staff, great restaurant attached. Comfortable bed, clean, great shower.

Fridge in Queen Room is a real asset, for me. Air Conditioning is very welcome.

Cons:

Television reception is poor - had to use my iPlayer account to watch live BBC channels

Friendly hotel on the outskirts of Tenterden, but check that the room matches what you booked.
Pros:

They have a good, Indian restaurant attached. Good location close to Tenterden a short car ride away.

Cons:

Booked through Booking.com. The room we were given was NOT what we had reserved on the site. It was small and had none of the services that were promised. Didn't realise this at first until I checked the booking. Once we complained we were moved to a much better room. So check the details when you arrive.
