I love the property. It was in the right location for me.😀
I arrived at night at 9 o’clock. It said on-site parking. There was no parking available so I asked a receptionist she said you can park outside next morning. I’ve got a parking ticket because it’s a Council car park but I’ve booked it pacifically cause it said parking on site so it should be changed. There is parking but it was fully occupied by people eating and drinking there very disappointed would never go back again.

Some of the fixtures need repairing. Light fitting was coming away from ceiling.
Although location is good, it does feel remote and could be uncomfortable for a solo female traveller.
Everything, Staff were brilliant, so friendly. Indian Restaurant attached food was exceptional and very good value. Breakfast wasnt included in the price but well worth having. Fresh and hot , please dont expect bacon or pork sausages, but it was delicious and served by such friendly staff. Excellent location . Will definitely go back . AC free was very welcome, shower anazing
Its not a dislike but i think a slip mat for the shower would be good
I liked the staff - they were great. The breakfast was nice and everything was clean and comfortable.
There were a couple of issues with the bathroom lighting not working sometimes and the shower was boiling hot and wasn't possible to regulate. Would have been good to have hooks to hang clothes on.
It was beautiful inside, clean, tidy and nicely done.
Staff were really friendly. We had 5 rooms in total for a wedding nearby. We were all very happy with it. We didn’t eat there but the food smelt amazing! I would stay again if I was ever in the area.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and ideal for our stay.
We paid the additional charge for breakfast and, admittedly, arrived around 20 minutes earlier than our allocated time slot. However, upon arrival, all the lights in the restaurant were switched off, giving the impression that it was not ready to receive guests. Once we were eventually attended to, there was no menu available to choose from, and the chef began cooking without first asking what we would like for breakfast. There were also no continental breakfast options available. The standard breakfast consisted of chicken sausages, a hash brown, two fried eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans. Whilst the food itself was acceptable, the overall breakfast experience felt disorganised and lacked the level of service we would have expected, particularly given the additional charge.

Cleanliness wasn't great . Cobwebs in bathroom had been there a long time . Hand soap needed to be filled daily . Bed was the hardest I've ever slept on ( felt like we were sleeping on planks of wood .

Quite a long way from town which cost us a lot in taxis. Our daughter stayed in downstairs room and she said it was quite noisy from early morning due to breakfast preparations
Good to reach accomodation, very nice staff and being greeted by the lovely smell of food coming from the kitchen.
The room I was in had black mold on the bathroom ceiling. In the stress of having to leave abruptly I failed to mention this to the staff.
Clean, spacious room, we asked for a ground floor and that's what we received. One step and very narrow shower entry, so not fully accessible. Bottled water, kettle, tea and coffee provided. Great air-conditioning.
Room was clean, except windowsill - overlooked, with dead flies and some sad looking artificial flowers. No other food option except local Indian restaurant, you have to drive to find other eateries and cooked breakfast. The hotel breakfast is not full English - no bacon or proper sausage, but we were prepared for this. We recommend the nearby Roots Cafe instead.
Very clean room and bathroom. Nice quiet air con unit in room. Comfortable bed. Good value
