Clean, easy access. Nice gym and pool. Staff were nice overall.
They need more staff at the front desk. Multiple times, when I went to the desk for a question or to buy food/drink, no-one was there. Additionally, when I arrived, I waited about 5-6 minutes in the lobby, nobody came. I had to call the hotel on the phone, finally someone in the back answered and came out but then did not act as if it was unusual that I had to call on the phone to get someones attention. Other times, when I wanted to buy things, I had to wait for multiple people to check in before I could just simply ask to charge a food item on my room. Also, I was disappointed with the breakfast. Powdered eggs and fruit that looked great but tasted like it had some weird preservative on it. It was a great spread but all processed type options. We ate out after the first day.
Nice hotel, out of the way but it's location is still in a place off a main road. Really enjoyed it.

Very nice hotel in super great location. Convenient to highway, and amenities. Really nice grounds and patio outside the breakfast area. Also, I stay at a lot of hotels and the complimentary breakfast was really nice, with a good variery and healthy options.
My only complaint was they took the real half and half away from the breakfast 15 minutes before breakfast ended, as they were cleaning up slowly. They left the little plastic cream containers, but it just isn't the same. Not a major deal, but i am a coffee ☕️ person. This was the only downside to an otherwise lovely stay!
Katie at the front desk was absolutely amazing and funny! Maria was also very amazing and kind. Friendly staff all around and would stay here again with my family in the future for sure! Felt like home away from home. Really close to the aquarium as well and our family enjoyed the whole experience!
That we had to go home and not stay longer. We will be back!
