Ich empfehle niemanden.
Pros:

ich möchte mich über einen äußerst unangemessenen Vorfall in Ihrem Hotel beschweren.

Wir haben lediglich einen sehr starken und unangenehmen Geruch reklamiert und um eine Lösung gebeten. Anstatt uns zu helfen oder eine angemessene Alternative anzubieten, teilte uns der zuständige Schichtmanager mit, dass wir das Hotel verlassen könnten.

Dass Gäste nach einer berechtigten Reklamation praktisch aus dem Hotel verwiesen werden, ist für uns inakzeptabel und höchst unprofessionell. Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt und dürfen erwarten, dass Beschwerden ernst genommen und respektvoll behandelt werden.

Ich bitte daher um eine schriftliche Stellungnahme der Hotelleitung sowie eine angemessene Erstattung bzw. Entschädigung für diesen Vorfall.

Absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern, liebevoll gestaltet, toll gelegen und das Personal enorm freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden einen Aufenthalt sofort weiterempfehlen. Das Highlight war der Cocktail auf der Dachterrasse - ein Traum!

Dieses Hotel mit Skybar ist ein Träumchen! ❤️

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war toll!
Das Zimmer war ein Träumchen und perfekt eingerichtet. Toll war das es eine Kaffeemaschine,Wasserkocher und eine Minibar auf dem Zimmer gab. Was ich persönlich toll fand, waren die sehr großen Duschtücher im Bad. 😀 Shampoo,Duschgel und Haarspülung stand auch im Bad. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Lage vom Hotel war perfekt. Das Shoppingcenter war um die Ecke. Mit der U Bahn ist man problemlos in die "Zeil" gekommen. Mein Highlight war die Skybar im 47 Stock. 😀 Einfach nur toll dort oben. Wir hatten bestes Wetter und der Blick war fantastisch. Es gab leckere Cocktails 🍸. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel war sehr nett und fleißig. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Wer über das Frühstück meckert, den verstehe ich persönlich nicht. Sogar den O' Saft konnte man sich selber frisch pressen. Toll 😀
Ich empfehle dieses Hotel zu 1000% weiter! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Es gibt garnichts zu beanstanden! 100 Sterne 🌟!

Lage bei der Messe und Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut.

Great hotel and clean and easy access
Pros:

The hotel is great and located in a nice location.
We had one suit with VIP access and great experience with VIP launch.
Nice GYM.
2 things to mention 1.access to roof top and had to wait for hotel guest is something I would consider to have a direct seating.
2. No comfy seats on the main lobby.
Great hotel and love the junior suit room.

No comfy seats on main lobby
For the fridge items, you need to pay, but for the standard and items they had, could have been free for guest with no refill. Else easy to find the price.
