It was fine
Pros:

Everyone was helpful, breakfast was good

Cons:

Our room wasn’t clean. Water bottle caps on the floor, hair in the shower. Bathroom floor needed to be swept

●Cold AC
●Good Breakfast options
●Coffee was good

Cons:

●Restaurant staff was limited everyday, staff was stressed, service lacked.
●No cross marketing between casino and golf facilities(no promo or discounts)
●No music being played by pool area. People brought their own speakers to play their own music which wasnt the greatest selections. They have speakers installed out there, why not use them?

More competent check in staff and have room ready or at least text that it’s not ready.
Pros:

They didn’t have any breakfast

Cons:

We couldn’t check in until 7pm and was trying to check in at the 4: pm time and had to walk all the way back to our car with all of our luggage and lots of people were waiting to check in too and had small children. Very disappointed

Bad check out customer service and communication
Pros:

Love the pool and great breakfast

Cons:

I was told she would email me a receipt and I still have not received one. We left a pillow in our room, we were told when we called that they’d check and call us back. Nobody called us back. Bad customer service!!

Happy hour was wonderful - great value and food!

The location was great. We were there for the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland and it was right down the road.

Pros:

It was new, nice and the staff was great.

Cons:

The cons... Lots of children running up and down hallway and knocking on doors. Pillows were like a cushion of air but beds were hard.
