Lovely place to stay, really close to everything.
Pros:

Really friendly arrival process. Great location, bed was lovely (slept superbly). Liked the popcorn and choccy and wine gifts. Nice touch.

Cons:

The rain outside the following morning. :)

Found the aircon a wee bit too cold so I turned it off.

It was good stay and I would stay again.
Pros:

It’s was clean, the room was spacious and staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There wasn’t a lot of food options in the immediate area but you didn’t have to walk too far.

It was really good value for money and staff were fabulous. Beds could have been better and struggled to get to windows

The staff were all amazing. Kitchen well stocked.

Cons:

You couldn’t move around the bed . Difficult for elderly couple. Had to climb over each other. Windows didn’t open at all…. No fresh air. Dusty under bed. Very noisy air vent in living area. Should have asked if that could be put off at night.

La amabilidad de Nacho, María y Sara.

Cons:

Las malas formas de Dylan. Solicitamos una escoba que no estaba en la habitación como debería y nos trató fatal, dudando de nuestra palabra, sin mirarnos a la cara. Lo primero q nos dijo es que le habláramos en ingles q no hablaba español. Haciéndonos sentir fatal.

Great location, modern stay, efficient staff
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of mist tourist attractions. Very friendly & efficient staff. All amenities provided.Requests for replenishment of room consumables dealt with promptly.

Cons:

Breakfast area is crowded as space is small. Apartment was very clean but obvious dirt on inside of windows had not been removed. Shower space is tight!

Excellent would recommend and stay again
Pros:

It exceeded our expectations .. very comfortable , clean and a great location and we got the bedding type we wanted . The hot drinks and pastries through the day were a bonus too
