Friendly Staff
Pros:

I stayed at Liberty View for the Ariana Grande concert and I loved the front desk staff. Very friendly. Let us check in early too.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious modern bathroom, plenty of breakfast. Theeyto is 5 minutes away. Safe neighbourhood.

Cons:

The room itself was tiny for 4 people, but we only spent the nights there so it was ok for us.

Very well located, comfortable, and lovely stay.
Pros:

Everyone on property is very friendly and I felt I could ask them any questions I had. The property on the outside had me a bit nervous being unfamiliar to the area and all. That said the room was clean and well kept. No weird smells, the bathroom, and the bedding was clean. Overall, a very nice stay and I would come back if I was in NYC.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit off for me (if I can even say that) the doors are a bit heavy. So when someone’s leaving a room you do hear the door slam. Not too bad but I’m a bit of a sensitive sleeper.
