Gute Lage, bequeme Betten.
Very expensive stay. Reception was loud and guests had trouble checking in due to the excessive music playing. Was understaffed in the evening with guests complaining about no one available to serve drinks. No iron in the room, you have to go to the ironing room on each floor. There is a flashing strobe on the smoke detector which flashes all night.

Generally very good. Occasional problems with the hot food in the buffet being too cold. The "overnight oats" option was excellent. Really didn't like the coffee. Rooms small, nowhere to store clothes, but otherwise very good, comfy bed, clean, and an excellent shower.
The check-in procedure caused a major problem, though our case was unusual. I booked 4 nights for me and my wife, and 2 nights for my daughter and husband, starting the following day. They wanted to see my ID when I checked in, which wasn't a problem. However, when my daughter checked in the following day, they insisted on seeing my ID again, because I had made the booking, even though they had ALREADY SEEN IT! I wasn't available, so they had to leave without checking in, and return later, which was highly inconvenient.

Love this hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Bristol, adjacent to the huge Cabot Circus shopping centre.
We were offered a lovely, quiet room at the back of the hotel.
Excellent service, tons of amenities including a lively and comfortable bar/lounge area with a fully functioning gym, pool table, darts, even Brompton Bike hire!
Good food at most hours at the bar and an excellent breakfast.
Nothing! It might be handy for those car drivers to know that you can drive around the back of the hotel in order to drop off but would have to temporarily take up a disable parking space until you can move to the large discounted Cabot Circus car park across the main road.

I thought the rooms were a nice size. Clean and spacious. Had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Pillows aren’t hard enough so bad neck but was a lovely stay. Breakfast was nice but slightly over priced for what you got.
The room was very comfy and cute. Smart space saving ideas. Loved the bar and games. Good location. Brewery just around the corner.
I only liked the pastries and fruit for bfast. The eggs were powdered eggs. I wish they just did fried eggs or proper scrambled. They could improve the dinner late night options. We went to takeaway Mexican over the road at the shopping centre which was good!
