Pros:

It was just convenient for a short stay, i stayed over night just to be closer to the airport. It was just a in and out for me so i was ok for the most part.

Cons:

To be honest it was convenient for me 👍🏻

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Waschräume waren sauber. Die Kommunikation war freundlich, erfolgte jedoch ausschließlich per E‑Mail. Es ist niemand vor Ort. Positiv ist die gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Ich konnte meinen Koffer gegen Gebühr vor dem Check-in im Haus deponieren.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr laut – es fühlte sich an, als würden die Autos direkt durch den Raum fahren. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig bzw. lassen viel Lärm durch, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Priced cheaply for a reason coukd easily be better with small effort
Pros:

Walking distance from Boston Common

Cons:

Small double, bed tv very basic channels, communal shower broken tiles on floor. Would benefit from side tables next to be. Nowhere to put phone or glasses etc

快適よりも便利さを選ぶには良い宿です。
Pros:

ロケーションがなにしろ良い。中心部にあり歩いてボストンコモンへも行ける。地下鉄駅も2ヶ所使えます。

Cons:

シャワーの温度と水量が不足しており寒い時期には辛いと思う。
ボストンマラソン期間の宿泊で施設の割に料金が割高に感じた。

Peor hotel en el que he estado
Pros:

La ubicación. No hay nada más que merezca la pena.

Cons:

La habitación no está insonorizada y hay una autopista justo al lado. Demasiado ruido por la noche. El calefactor también hace demasiado ruido. En 4 noches que estuve, no limpiaron la habitación ni el baño. He estado en hoteles malos, pero sin duda este es el peor de todos, y ni siquiera el precio fue tan barato.

Fully-Stocked Affordable Room in Downtown Boston
Pros:

Location: convenient to downtown and walkable from the Framingham T station I got off at, as well as other stations.
Communication: easy to get a hold of and response from the managers, they were friendly and quick to respond.
Fully-stocked room for such a small space: fridge, microwave, coffee pot, coffee, powdered creamer, hangers, iron, blow-dryer, desk, chair, TV, and A/C / heat unit. Like, damn, it was like 5x10 foot space, how'd they fit more in here than some hotels though? lol

Cons:

Bed: overall comfortable, but had a weird "lump" on one side that may cause others issues
Shower: took a while to get hot and had low pressure.

Beliggenhet, enkelt komme inn, bra senga og tv. Rommet har det som er nødvendig.

Cons:

Leiligheten pusset opp ikke profesjonelt, ufint, ikke ren, støvete, vinduer ikke rene. Masse ting i et lite trang rom. Får ikke plass nesten til bagasje. Vannet på badet aldri ble varm nok.

This is my 3rd time staying there and I will choose it over and over for the upcoming visits.
Pros:

The location is perfect for tourist.
Near airport bus drop off, park, tourist spot, china town etc.

Cons:

I stayed for 8 days so i have big heavy luggages. My room is on 4th floor, so I almost lose my breath and balance while bringing my luggage up and down.

Great location, cheap. You just have a room to stay at night. Perfect for young people.
Pros:

Great location, cheap. Perfect for young people who travel alone with little to no luggage. Doors are locked with codes. Communication with the staff is online only; they were quick to respond and gave me a better room at no additional charge because my first room had electrical issues. Rooms are clean, have towels, a microwave, and a fridge.

The whole place is a definition of "you get what you pay for". The location itself is well worth it because you are within walking distance of all the good places in Boston at a really low price. But nothing else is included in that price except a bed.

Cons:

Little to no sound isolation. You can hear people in the next room talking. No elevator, the ladders are very old, and it will be impossible to carry big luggage up those stairs. Overal the building is very old. In most rooms, there is no bathroom, so you need to go to the kitchen or the shared bathroom to get one. My advice is to buy clean water and bring it with you.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but young and active people, old people, or those with special needs will not be able to stay in this place. This is very important; there is no accessibility, and no one to ask for help except other tourists.
