Заселились в отель поздно, предупредили что можем опоздать, в ответ ТММ ( ок) и когда мы все таки добрались, нас встрети
Pros:

Отличное расположение. Рядом метро, центр и до глубокой ночи все работает. Если вам кажется что то негативное про район — это только предрассудки. Люди отзывчивые ( и ночью приходилось искать кто обменяет доллары на лиры и мелкие купюры на крупные , да и в 5 утра с чемоданами соседи по улице помогли до метро дойти) а когда я судорожно бегала по улице и искала отвалившееся колесо, то дедушка продающий фрукты на углу пытался помочь и в мусорном баке рылся , а я ему светила телефоном( колесо так и не нашли ) зато утром проходя мимо него уже здоровались с ним по дружески 😁

Cons:

Все хорошо, но всегда есть что сделать лучше, думаю без моих советов и замечаний справятся)

Отель небольшой, найти легко. Доброжелательная хозяйка! Есть лифт и лестница, чтобы подняться до номера. Сам номер у нас был очень компактный, чистый. Полотенца по 2 шт на персону, чайник и чашки, бумага, шампунь, резиновые тапки. Есть маленький настенный фен, шкаф с 2мя плечиками, мини-холодильник, кондиционер, небольшой балкон где можно посидеть. По запросу дали воспользоваться утюгом. Кровать удобная, подушки упругие. Посторонних запахов нет. Конфетки на стойке регистрации :) На первом этаже живет очаровательный пес Маркос. Атмосфера уютная, чувствуется, что за местом следят женщины.
Очень близко метро и мармарай. В шаговой доступности продовольственные магазины, простые кафешки. Соотношение цена-качество отличное! $84,2 за 2 ночи без завтраков.
В 18ти минутах ходьбы Еникапы Сити парк, там приятно прогуляться у берега.

Cons:

Отель очень близко к метро и мармараю, звуки соответствующие. У нас была открыта дверь на балкон и это было слышно, с закрытыми дверьми естественно не так заметно. Вид с балкончика на деревья и территорию станции.
И само здание находится в такой улочке, на которую когда мы попали, немного испугались - вокруг бараки. Но когда подошли к отелю, немного отпустило, он как оазис среди пустыни: милый и ухоженный.

We chose this place for a two-night stay mainly based on the location and price, as we just needed somewhere to sleep. For that purpose, this hotel can be a decent option.

We were welcomed by a young lady who checked us in quickly, and we received exactly the room we had booked (with a balcony). Even though the balcony faces the station, the room itself was not noisy, and the hotel overall was quiet.

Cons:

The room is very small — it was difficult to even open one suitcase comfortably. It was also quite cold inside. We were very cold during the first night, and on the second day we asked for help. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly about this request, but they did help us figure out the air conditioning (the heater wasn’t working).

The shower is also worth mentioning — it’s very small and not very convenient. However, hot water was always available and heated up quickly.

Its ok accommodation for short stay
Pros:

Location is not far the train station, even though have to walk around it to get to accommodation with dodgy neighborhood . Bed also quite comfy and no smoke smell

Сподобалося розташування. Я приїхала автобусом до автовокзалу Esenler. Дуже зручно до Метро потім 7 зупинок. Прямо з метро по прямій до головної вулиці, звернути на право метрів 100 ще раз на право і ти в готелі.
Дуже швидко заселили,привітно.
Номер чистий. Все що зазначено на сайті є.
Дуже тепло. Батареї включають ввечері,та кондиціонер на тепло можливо включити.
Гаряча вода,в душі треба трохи почекати,спустити холодну воду,а потім регулювати. Вікна щільно закриваються,добрий новий стіклопакет. Було тихо. Є освітлення на вулиці.Є рядом паром до Ялова,джерельної гарячої води.
Берегом гуляючи не помітиш, як проходиш дуже велику відстань бо дуже гарно. Мені пощастило побачити дуже багато дельфінів, які долаючи течію прямували по Босфору до Чорного моря.
На шляху є державний харчовий заклад,смачною їжею та приємною ціною.
Дуже зручно добиратися в любому напрямку.
Рекомендую,якщо ви приїхали насолоджуватися Стамбулом,а не в якості ревізора.

Die lage war super da nur wenige geh Minuten von Marmaray und Metro entfernt liegt, zu dem auch sauber und auch Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist top, sehr empfehlenswert👍🏼

I was not very comfortable during my stay.

Cons:

“The staff are unable to speak English and can be a bit rude. I reserved a king room, which means one king bed, but I was given a twin bed instead. The young staff member (she is not Turkish, she might be from Uzbekistan or possibly Kazakhstan) was very rude. She insisted that I had booked that room, and I could not argue because she only spoke Turkish, but her gestures made her attitude very clear. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this property, but you may try it if you wish.
