Kann man machen
Pros:

Sauberkeit von Besteck und Tisch mangelhaft. Treppenhaus ebenso.

Cons:

Verkehrslärm war störend. Keine Reaktion auf Anforderung einer Rechnung.

Der Schlaf war durch die rappelnde Klimaanlage gestört, sonst war es ok.

Die Lage, die Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße ausserhalb der regulären 3-4 Hotelparkplätze, die Möglichkeit unseren Hund mitzubringen, die Hundeleckerli an der Rezeption

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage, die nachts regelmässig wirklich sehr laut war (gescheppert hat) und einen dadurch immer wieder geweckt hat. Der knarzende Zimmerboden. Der Ausblick auf eine Dachterrasse mit total kaputtem Strandkorb.

Sehr schlechter Service und peinlich das als Hotel zu erklären.

Cons:

Mein gebuchtes Zimmer war belegt und kein Personal war vor Ort das mir weiterhelfen konnte. Stattdessen sagte mir ein Hotelmanager an Telefon das ich an die Zimmertüren klopfen soll um zu sehen ob ein Zimmer frei ist, und das um halb zehn abends wo einige schon schlafen.
Das war extrem peinlich, hatte aber keine Wahl da wir mit Kind unterwegs waren.
Am nächsten Morgen haben wir erfahren dass es anderen Gästen ähnlich ergangen.

Fair price for a good hotel room.
Pros:

When booked the hotel it was almost 23:00, we were scared it would not be possible to do the check in at this time. However, the instructions were on the front door, he spoke with the staff over the phone and was everything fine and uncomplicated. Thank you

Hotel ma zalety, ale czystość, stan obiektu i obsługa są poniżej standardu 4 gwiazdek.
Pros:

- Duży plus: bezpłatny parking pod hotelem.
- Dogodna i przede wszystkim cicha lokalizacja.
- Nietuzinkowy wystrój holu i recepcji.
- Bezpłatna kawa z ekspresu w holu.

Cons:

Czystość pokoju pozostawiała wiele do życzenia: brudny parapet w łazience, silikon przy oknie czarny od brudu lub pleśni oraz pajęczyny w pokoju i łazience. Brak moskitierek w pokoju na parterze oznaczał też komary i inne owady po otwarciu okien. W łazience miejscami prześwituje poprzednia warstwa farby, a w ścianach zostały otwory po wierceniu.

Hotel sprawia wrażenie funkcjonującego przy bardzo ograniczonych zasobach, co odbija się na obsłudze.

Przyjazd po zamknięciu recepcji o 20:30 wymaga odbioru klucza z automatu. Hotel dwukrotnie prosił mnie o telefon lub e-mail, mimo że oba dane były w rezerwacji. Wiadomości trafiły do spamu. Po północy, stojąc przed hotelem, bezskutecznie próbowałem użyć dzwonka zgodnie z instrukcją. Dopiero potem znalazłem wiadomość, że mam zadzwonić do innego hotelu po kod. Dodzwoniłem się za trzecim razem. Cały ten cyrk byłby zbędny, gdyby kod od razu wysłano na e-mail z rezerwacji.

Śniadanie jest ubogie, a wybór dla osób z nietolerancją laktozy lub glutenu praktycznie nie istnieje. O 9:30, przy śniadaniu trwającym do 10:00, usłyszeliśmy, że „wiele może już nie zostać”. Braków nie uzupełniono. Następnego dnia przy recepcji ani bufecie nie było obsługi, a gdy pracownica się pojawiła, przywitała nas kwaśną miną i ciężkim westchnieniem.

W restauracji, mimo widocznego wolnego stołu, na prośbę o kolację usłyszałem: „Oj, będzie ciężko”. Zamówiona kaczka była przeciągnięta, a sos mączysty.

Na koniec drobiazg, który dobrze podsumowuje całość: dwie hulajnogi przez kilka godzin blokowały wejście do hotelu, były doskonale widoczne z recepcji, a nikt z obsługi nie zareagował.

Ja w każdym razie drugi raz swojej rodziny na taki pobyt nie narażę.
