The hotel is wonderful, but what truly makes it special is the staff. Everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and I honestly feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. The staff is one of the best I’ve ever experienced, especially Mustafa, who has been exceptionally kind and attentive. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this hotel. ⭐️

The breakfast and first room was excellent
Pros:

The first i stayed was okay.

Cons:

I made a mistake in online payment by paying for a small room in renewal after 6 days and I asked for opportunity to chnage to smaller room to my initial room but was rushed out of my room to the one I mistakenly paid for even when I requested to be allowed to add money to stay in my room. Was not happy with that.
