Pros:

Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, l’hôtel est agréable et je m’y suis sentie à l’aise.

Je tiens surtout à remercier Monsieur Saleh. C’est une personne très gentille, très agréable, toujours souriante et serviable. Il a rendu mon séjour encore meilleur grâce à sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme.

Si je reviens un jour, ce sera en grande partie grâce à lui. Un grand merci à Monsieur Saleh !

A beautiful begining wit not so nice ending

There were many positive aspects of my stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for anyone visiting ABC Hospital. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally courteous, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons:

I appreciated the warm reception I received upon arrival.However, my experience was affected by an issue regarding the room occupancy. I made my reservation through Booking.com and understood that I had booked and paid for a room for two adults. I arrived before my companion, who joined me later as planned. When she arrived, I was informed that an additional payment was required for her stay. This came as a surprise because my booking indicated accommodation for two guests, and I had already paid the quoted amount.
What made this particularly disappointing was that I observed other guests staying as couples under similar arrangements, which left me confused about why a different policy seemed to apply in my case. I would have appreciated a clear explanation before or during the booking process, rather than encountering an unexpected charge after check-in.
Transparency is very important, especially for international travelers who carefully budget their trips. Clear communication about any additional charges would have made my experience much better.
Overall, I appreciate the hotel's location, cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff. However, I hope the management reviews its communication regarding occupancy policies and additional charges so that future guests have a clearer understanding before they arrive.

إذا أردت ان تشتري راحتك وأمانك بعد الله توجه إلى استاي آن

للامانه أنا كانت اقامتي طويله وحجزت لمدة ثلاث ايام كتجربه إذا ناسبني أكملت باقي المده ماناسب شفت مكان آخر ولكن للامانه أعجبت بالنظافه بالاستقبال بالراحه ومددت كل وقت اقامتي عندهم
