Pros:

The staff at the front was very helpful in gracioulsly booking our transportation by local bus to Dong Van and a week later our seats on a direct limousine bus to Sapa.

Pros:

We were just there for one night, but the beds were very comfy. It took a little time till you can actually feel the AC, but all was good.
Also the spa and massage, paddle court at the roof.

Pros:

Wij verbleven hier één nacht na de Ha Giang loop en dat was echt even genieten. Een heerlijk groot zacht bed. Ruimen kamer voor al je spullen en een heerlijke douche met lekker ruikend zeep.

Cons:

De badkamer mag echt wat beter schoongemaakt worden. Alle randen in de douche waren vies en beschimmeld.

Completely recommend. Very convenient and value for money. The pool was so nice to have.
Pros:

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast had everything you could want. Large, airy rooms. One room air con did not work properly and I was promptly moved to another room. Staff were super helpful and organised cars, laundry. The pool was lovely as it was crazy hot when we were there.

Perfekt in Ha Giang - sehr schönes Hotel - immer wieder gerne

Sehr schönes Hotel in Ha Giang - wir haben es genutzt um nach der Motorradtour 1 Nacht Pause zu haben - es war perfekt .
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich sehr gut und umfangreich .
Das Bett war super - tolle Matratze - eher europäisch ( weicher) super geschlafen 👍

Cons:

Leider konnten wir den wunderschönen Pool nicht nutzen da es Sonntag war und ganz viele Kinder mit den Eltern da waren - uns war es zu laut - aber wir waren nicht enttäuscht - wenn ein solches Hotel das einheimischen Kindern anbietet da die Ferien begonnen hatten - ist das doch super - also kein Problem 😌

Lovely hotel with big rooms and very helpful staff
