Very enjoyable comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

In dine staffs-Raju arranged the cakes for both me and my sister’s birthday ,Pooja ,Faki ,Samarita,Hakani and Dakahi very observant, kind and skillfull took care of our needs without even need of asking during breakfast and lunch they even gave us a memorable gift the bibinka was very tasty 🫶🏻
(Aaditya and
Kundan )from housekeeping decorated the room so beautifully and were very friendly 🫶🏻
Satish (Ladu) and sunita from medical team assited my sister who got hurt even in the middle of the night 🫶🏻and Chayanika from guest receiving made this trip memorable with their observation skills and great hospitality 🫶🏻very kind and well spoken staff made the stay soothing and comfortable they took care of all our needs and requests they are young but have great skills and credibility to grow in their respective fields

The airport transfer facility as the transportation is very expensive and not readily available from the location

"Rest days are the best days" I feel it here
Pros:

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. It was so smooth because everything was available at one place. You can rent a scooty outside just outside the hotel. The food was excellent. I did not book dinner in the booking but 2 nights I have spent out of 3 nights I ate only in the hotel.

The staff was nice especially suhani ji. She took care of us like family.

Exceptional Hospitality & A Wonderful Stay

Absolutely loved the property! The ambience was beautiful, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The service, hospitality and attention to detail were excellent. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and highly professional, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

A special thanks to **Nikita**, who went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. She beautifully decorated our room, and when we returned from a stroll nearby, we were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious birthday cake waiting for us. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our day even more special.

The only minor area for improvement was the communication regarding our reservation. We had requested an airport pick-up and mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, but the hotel's response came only after we had already checked in. Better coordination on such special requests before arrival would make the guest experience even more seamless.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality and exceptional service. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others.

Most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Very highly recommended. Rated 10/10
Pros:

The breakfast was really great and the spread was amazing. All staff provided an excellent service and everyone were really friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Vachasprati who waited on us most of the time during our stay. Also excellent servioce provided by Nilesh, Pooja, Suhani, Vikash, Tilu, Ajit, Kimma, Sadasiva and Yogesh. The check-in was also first class and a special thank you to Mohit for making us feel so welcome and for going out his way to accommodate us in similar rooms.

Cons:

Honestly, there is really nothing that we can complain about. The only issue that we had was some guests making quite a loud noise on the one night. They did however keep quiet after we asked them to.

I would especially like to mention Aditya , who was genuinely caring, attentive and always ready to help. His excellent hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable.
I am very satisfied with the staff and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Pros:

The kindness of Mahabali and Steven were the only saving grace for me and my friends. Tbe rest of the team right from the reception staff to the servers were very bad, We serious didn't expect this bad a service from Mariott. The food too was way average. We booked Marriott Fairfield thinking it would be on par with Moxy in Bangalore but were really disappointed.
