Viyana şehrinde kalınabilecek en iyi otel.
Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Şehrin tam kalbinde yer alıyor. Toplu taşıma bile kullanmadan her yere rahatça ulaşabilirsiniz. Personel otele girişten itibaren son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her ihtiyacımıza anında cevap verdiler. Odaları harikaydı. Yüksek tavanlı, geniş ve iyi döşenmişti.

Cons:

Laf olsun diye söylemiyorum, gerçekten yüksek standartta bir oteldi. Çok güzel bir restoranı vardı ama kahvaltı dışında hizmet vermiyordu. Sadece bunu eleştirebilirim.

Comfortable and stylish
Pros:

A beautifully renovated building, very comfortable room, comfortable bed, great view. A nice bottle of wine on arrival. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast served til noon. Snacks and drinks served from 13:00-22:00 is a nice touch.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

So Viennese! Loved it.
Pros:

The location, the room, the character of the suites, lobby and restaurant. It's just beautiful. Afternoon tea and a beverage are free of charge in the lounge, and when we arrived in our room we had a handwritten welcome card and a bottle of wine chilling in an ice bucket. Just amazing.

Cons:

A lil noisy outside during the night from time to time. But nothing much.

Great location, friendly staff, and quiet rooms, but limited facilities.
Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Vienna. Very friendly staff and excellent soundproofing. The rooms are quiet despite the central location.

Cons:

No pool or massage services. The lobby is very small, and room cleaning can be as late as 5 PM.

Disappointed
Pros:

Lovely room, beautiful bathroom, good central location.

Cons:

The hotel was running a nightclub bar with loud music under our room. The nighttime noise was very disturbing.
The restaurant was closed. Breakfast staff were grumpy. This was not the 5* experience we had expected.
