The staff were so helpful, the location was fantastic. Breakfast was nice.

The deco was over the top. The restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. The windows faced a light well.

Location and quality of room - staff were very good as well - sister bar next door is great

Cons:

Restaurant was a bit quite but you are surrounded by restaurants so not really and issue (Fabio’s is excellent and only 2 minute walk from hotel)

Pros:

Great location, very convenient and close to everything. The staff were very cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help. The overall vibe of the hotel was really nice and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not up to the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. The beds were not very comfortable, and we also faced an issue with the AC during our stay. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed until the last night, which negatively affected our sleeping experience and overall comfort.
