Pros:

The hotel needs some updates. Shower and toilet were in bad condition. Some of the rooms have bathroom across the hall and the place is freezing in the morning.
When we arrived, the owner (or staff member) gave us really horrible room right next to kitchen with no windows and so tiny that I assume it used to be a storage, and they turned it into a room. He gave us a different room upon our request, but gosh.. how can you even offer three people (2 adult and a child) to stay in the storage?

Pros:

A very antique and simple place. Well maintained and provides good basic facilities for a simple stay. Wooden floors are a bit noisy when we walk. Provides simple necessary breakfast and the staff (family) is very considerate. Close to all famous places and great choice of dining options available just a walk way distance.

Pros:

The staff is very nice and helpful and it is located close to Plaza de Armas. I enjoyed the stay and I would recommend this place.
