Pros:

The GM Premium hotel was perfectly positioned, close to everything and walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. The team, including Grace, were very attentive & really took the time to help us from organising activities for us to making recommendations for food & the good coffee places. I'd highly recommend staying here & will definitely look to stay here again when I come back to Hanoi!

Pros:

The GM Premiun is a wonderful hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
Breakfast was amazing, so many choices. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. We had a lovely stay in Hanoi

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Mauvais rapport qualité/ prix
Pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoile. Service pas à la hauteur, chiffon sale oublié dans la chambre, tasse à café non nettoyé d’un jour à l’autre.
Beaucoup plus cher que d’autre hôtel. Équivalent à un 4 étoile.
Chambre mal isolée, nous entendions tous les bruits de couloir, salle de bain petite.
