Outstanding Experience
Pros:

We had an amazing experience and would absolutely do it again. The staff are so friendly, they go above and beyond to assist the guests and overall create a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. The personal service we got was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Hope, in particular, was outstanding - so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend a stay.

A unforgettable stay in GM premium Hotel Hanoi

A fantastic hotel in the middle of the old city
The rooms was top class, clean and nice with city view
All three rooms was a dream for us first time in Vietnam

Great Old Quarter BNB
Pros:

Location is perfect in the old quarters, staff are amazing and super friendly

Cons:

Booked a twin room and upon checkin we were informed of the junior suite with twin bed, but when taken to the room, it looked like a basic room space wise and it was one king bed, we were tired to change and raise the point especially that we were staying for one night only.

The room AC was weird! No matter what we control, it didn’t seem to work and they ended up providing a fan in the room

Lovely upgraded hotel in good location
Pros:

Very clean and modern updated hotel in a good location.

Cons:

The breakfast was satisfactory for Australian’s but could be better. The bacon had a lot of unrendered fat and was inedible. The eggs to order was very nice.

A great find in busy Hanoi
Pros:

Our second time in Hanoi 10 years later and after a lengthy search we discovered the GM Premium Hotel. The location is spot on 10 min walk to the Cathedral or the Train Street, beautiful interiors and good size rooms. We chose a balcony room and were given 801 on the 8th floor with great views over Hanoi roof tops. The roof top bar is one of the best in the city and the good size pool is refreshing after a busy sightseeing day. Breakfast is also served on the top floor and has a good selection of European and international cuisine. The hotel organised our airport transfers and we also used their laundry service which was impeccable. Ani at the hotel reception has been very helpful as well as everyone else. The staff is very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this hotel and would be pleased to return given the chance.

GM Premium Hotel, Hanoi is great quality and value with a great team.
Pros:

Annie and the team at the GM Premium Hotel were nothing short of marvellous from an attention to detail, service and professionalism perspective. This alongside the quality of the hotels decor, furnishings and comfort made for an excellent stay and I would highly recommend Annie, the team and hotel without question!
