Pros:

Petsonale gentile, posizione molto panoramica, camera bella.

Cons:

Animazione pianista non adeguata e non richiesta per il giardino piscina e per il ristorante. Nel ristorante volume del pianoforte troppo alto. Prezzi ristorante piuttosto sostenuti anche rispetto ai locali similari di milano.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful location, staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The metal stairs in the rooms can make a lot of noise. The room next to us had 2 kids that kept running up and down the stairs constantly which made us lose some relaxation and sleep. Maybe unlucky for us but very annoying. Also no sound isolation between room walls. (Only negative we can find though everything else was perfect)

Wonderful get-away in Piedmont
Pros:

Beautiful location. Lovely swimming pool and views.
The restaurant was fantastic and we enjoyed the wine-pairing with our tasting menu.
Some of the staff are outstanding - particularly the lady who is working at the pool bar during the day time, and the sommelier in the restaurant: both are so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is a shame to be in Italy at to be served nespresso coffee.. for a hotel with such fine food and drink, the coffee was well below standard. We craved for a good cup!

There was a wasps nest next to the swimming pool which was quite unpleasant while bathing/lounging/eating breakfast and there were just so many wasps that eventually I was stung. Would really recommend that the hotel deal with it.

Our Yearly stay was lovely
Pros:

Everything as per usual - one of my favourite places to stay ever. Lovely spot great staff, great food and great wines.
Our friends loved their first stay too!

Cons:

Got bitten under the trees by the pool rather - could do with a treatment maybe?

Fantastisk vakkert!
Pros:

Ubeskrivelig vakkert og fredlig sted på landsbygda med utsikt i alle himmelretninger! Nydelige viner og god mat!

Cons:

Eneste som trekker ned er at vi ikke kan forsyne oss selv på en vanlig frokostbuffet, og all vepsen ute i hagen.

Very scenic surroundings.
Pros:

The surrounding nature is really beautiful and picturesque. The host played all the classics on the piano on the 2 evenings that we stayed at the hotel, creating a very cozy atmosphere. Breakfast is nice, but nothing spectacular. We got 2 complementary bottles of water each day.

Cons:

Accessing the place is practically only possible by car.
I couldn’t charge my apple watch since the plugs in the room were not standard.
The fact that the room was in 2 floors and the bathroom was on the second floor made it a bit difficult each time you needed to wash you hand or get some water.
The pool is more suited for a cold plunge rather than swimming, as the pool floor is raised in a big portion of the pool.
