Hervorragendes kleines Hotel mit tollem Ausblick
Pros:

Sehr umfangreiche Auswahl zum Frühstück. Vieles hausgemacht. Ausblick von der Terrasse ist göttlich.

Super moderne Zimmer. Tolles Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Matratzen top!

Abholservice von der Bushaltestelle, die sehr weit unterhalb des Hotels liegt.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne Lage und war perfekt für einen Romantischen Aufenthalt.
Das Personal war sehr bemüht, nett und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sehr gepflegt mit allem was man braucht und die Aussicht war ein absoluter Traum!

Disgraceful service
Pros:

I would definitely would not recommend this property to stay at what so ever . Paid for this property a year ago, 2 days before departure status said it was closed . Sent a message asking them to confirm if this was the case and zero response . Had to book short notice a second property to stay and then refused to give me money back . Do not book this property !!

Panorama spettacolare, stanze pulite ed impeccabili complete di tutto il necessario, la colazione è molto ricca ed è stato splendido farla nel terrazzino con il sole caldo che ci coccolava. Staff super disponibile e cordiale. Si vede che la struttura è rodata per offrire la migliore esperienza e comodità possibile al turista. Anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito degno di nota è anche il servizio navetta gratuito. Parcheggio ottimo e comodo e piscina con vista.
Consiglio a tutti.

Tolle Aussicht, schöne Terrasse, sensationelle Dusche!
Gute Restaurants im Dorf.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr mager und kalt. Den Capuccino konnte ich nicht trinken. Espresso war aber gut.
Frühstücksaal drinnen sehr dunkel / lieblos. Draussen aber schön!!

Tranquilidade e Conforto
Pros:

Hotel novo, bem cuidado nos mínimos detalhes. Quarto enorme, com uma varanda com vista para o mar. Cama, travesseiros, lençóis e toalhas muito bons. Café da manhã simples e gostoso. Excelente custo benefício, mas é bem afastado, numa estrada sinuosa, o que faz com que demore muito tempo para chegar. É fundamental estar de carro. Eu voltaria com certeza!

Cons:

O aquecedor de toalhas não estava funcionando e o tempo estava bem úmido. Embora as toalhas tenham sido trocadas diariamente, o aquecedor fez falta.

Panariello Palace treats you like family and makes every moment feel warm, heartfelt, and truly personal.
Pros:

We have had the most exquisite stay at Panariello Palace. The staff goes above and beyond in every way to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Ida, the manager, was so helpful to us when we lost our suitcase. She stayed on the phone on hold for over 35 minutes more than once, trying to help us retrieve our baggage. She is such a kind person, and so accommodating. The breakfasts are to die for! Rita is an outstanding baker and wonderful, friendly young lady, who makes varied home baked goods fresh each day with others working diligently in the kitchen, ranging from various delicious Italian cakes, homemade cream puffs, tiramisu, and many other Italian delicacies. The breakfast is the best we have ever experienced, with freshly baked croissants, homemade jam, Italian cold meats, yoghurt, cheese, omelets, grilled zuchini, egglant, and the list goes on. They make fresh brewed cappuccino, or tea, as well as having various types of spring water and juices available. You can sit outside on the terrace and gaze at the beautiful view. The rooms are clean and charmingly decorated in modern decor, with a great shower, and lovely bathroom. We have a balcony that overlooks a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. There is a nice pool and lounge chairs. It is really the perfect place to stay. To top things off, they came to our room on our anniversary, and brought us baked goods with chocolate drizzled over. Additionally, they provide a shuttle, that takes you back and forth from the center of town all day and night. But what makes this hotel the very best, is the caring, highly personable staff, who make you feel at home, and part of the Panariello family.
