Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City

A great experience, comfortable room, and amazing gateway to downtown Salt Lake's many dining and activity options. Proximity to the convention center, large lobby and meeting area, and food choices make this a great spot for business or pleasure. Be sure to venture out to nearby restaurants (all within a 3-4 block walk or less) for amazing cuisine.

Location is right next to a bunch of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The atmosphere feels high end inside the hotel. Everything worked well, the rooms were clean and organized. Service was exceptional in helping me schedule rides or ask questions. Housekeeping was courteous and exceptionally thorough on daily room upkeep. I appreciated the extra waters and towels daily. Noise level not too bad. I was on floor 21, only really heard noise when people talked in the hallways near the elevator, and on Thursday night a bar must have had a band playing because the music and noise from outside was a bit loud at 10pm. Overall though, that was only 1 night. Amenities were clean, worked, nice and overall, I had a great experience. Food at the restaurants was great too!

If you have to be away from home on business, they Hyatt Regency SLC is a good place to land. The level of service from the staff is unbeatable.

Great hotel and amenities, air condition in the room did not get down to temperature and made for uncomfortable rest at night.

The service at Hyatt is really good and I experienced the same thing during my stay however, one thing that was really disappointing was the pool was not heated as advertised even when upon check-in the front staff indicated to me that the pool is heated and it seems that only later when my children went to go jumping in the pool, they realize that it wasn't heated. It was a chilly 64° and the staff did their best to compensate for this and they apologize, but it was just surprising that they weren't aware of the issue until they raised it with the engineering so maybe engineering needs to push this kind of information to the front desk staff in more real time.

We booked the corner room and it was perfect! HUGE semi-circle floor to ceiling windows that were wonderful. Room was large (although tacky area to hang clothes-no closet), good bathroom, great location.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. My sister attended a conference, and she was very pleased with the facilities. Everything was very accessible.
I enjoyed the pool deck, although the water was too cold to enjoy swimming.

In Salt Lake City for a conference and never felt alone or in need while staying at the Hyatt Regency. A totally comfortable experience.

The reason that I am leaving this review is the restaurant food. The northern Spanish fair was elite. Like NYC or LA level of delicousness. It was actually stunning. a week in the city and nowhere else in SLC came close.

The room was big and clean, location was good within walking distance from downtown and shopping.

This was a wonderful stay. The room was great and the service in the departments I experienced was exceptional. The Salt Room menu was varied, food fantastic and Sam and Grace brilliant. Highly recommend

All around great stay! The hotel and staff are top notch, food was excellent.
