bis auf den doppelten preis für das frühstück war das Hotel ok

etwas hat hier nicht gepasst wir waren mit Kollegen im Hotel und haben unterschiedliche preise für das frühstück bezahlt die an der Rezeption gezahlt haben haben die hälfte bezahlt wie die am Restorant als wir gefragt haben warum war die Antwort an der Rezeption ist es billiger diese ist nur 10-15 meter vom Restorant entfernt finde ich schade das in der Türkei immer solche Spielchen gespielt werden

Fabulous
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Istanbul Esenyurt. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly especially the guest relations manager. She greeted us every day with a big smile and made us feel right at home. And the food was exceptional. We enjoyed it so much!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le style de l’établissement ainsi que son architecture, qui lui donnent beaucoup de charme et une vraie identité.

L’ensemble est très réussi visuellement et l’hôtel a beaucoup de caractère. J’ai particulièrement aimé l’ambiance générale et la décoration.

Cons:

Personnel peu professionnel et irrespectueux.

J’avais réservé et payé une chambre d’angle. On m’a d’abord attribué une chambre médiocre sans climatisation, puis déplacé dans une chambre standard, sans aucune explication.

De plus, la climatisation et son mécanisme sont beaucoup trop bruyants.

Ce niveau de service n’est clairement pas acceptable.
