Every thing was good except the air conditioning
Pros:

The breakfast restaurant staff were extremely excellent especially Mr Burak and Ms Esma

Cons:

The air conditioning system was not good since you can not change the thermostat temperature at all and with many complaints the technicians did not do any thing and my night were very cold or very hot

The stay was very good
Pros:

Beautiful and clean

Cons:

The way their system was not updated enough to see that the payment was made the day before arrival. And requested we pay twice before checking in although all proof were shown. They later made refund

An okay stay. Will I go back there? if for the breakfast, no.
Pros:

Building was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. But the breakfast was the same throughout our time there, it was actually very tiring eating the same meals everyday. I wish they could rotate the breakfast with variety on different days. Additionally the In room dinning had very little options.

It was exactly what I needed it to be.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They seemed vested in making sure we had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

I got a little confused about the elevator situation between the residence side and the hotel side. This could've absolutely been my fault though.
