Tinha tudo para ser perfeito, apenas alguns pontos a melhorar!
Pros:

Foi uma estadia perfeita no sentido da qualidade do hotel, incríveis instalações e o que tem para oferecer. De realçar, a simpatia do staff, mas especialmente da Sra. Sofia do restaurante que foi completamente exemplar, resolveu-nos uma questão de desagrado na perfeição, com prontidão e rigor.

Cons:

A piscina interior, no nosso dia de check-out, não abriu às horas que têm disponível no horário. Acabamos por não aproveitar tanto da piscina interior. So abriu as 09:30 e no horário consta que abre as 09:00.
O nosso prato principal ao jantar estava intragável e com prontidão, graças à Sra. Sofia, o prato foi retificado e “salvou-nos” o jantar tornando-o numa boa experiência no final.

Netheid , ontbijt , kamers met uitzicht.

Net iets te ver on te lopen naar de stad , masr de bolt staat met 5 minuten voor de deur. App installeren.

Lage ist sehr schön direkt am Douro

Cons:

Meine Bewertung ist final so miserabel, da ich mir am letzten Tag beim Frühstück eine Salmonellenvergiftung durch die Spiegeleier zugezogen habe. Ich habe am nächsten Tag eine Mail an das Hotel gesendet und um Stellungnahme gebeten, die bisher leider ausgeblieben ist!

Breakfast was excellent, good choice and variety of spaces to eat.
Outside pool is perfect - plenty of space in May and lots of sunbeds - pool was the main reason we chose this hotel
Room was nice, plenty of space. Shame there was no coffee machine but kettle and instant coffee/tea bags.
Room was cleaned daily and fridges restocked with water.

Cons:

Location was a little out, Uber / Bolts are cheap but traffic into Porto can be very busy morning and evenings. Took us 20 mins a couple of times to get to our restaurant in the centre.
