Den indendørs svimmingpool og saunaen

Cons:

Ingen luft på værelset. Vi havde et dobbeltværelse/familieværelse. Ingen vinduer men en altandør på forældreværelset. Aircon virkede ikke optimalt. Vi fik kun udleveret 1 kort til værelset da de ikke havde flere. Værelset var gammelt og slidt.
Morgenbuffet - ret uinteressant. Dog masser af kager og andre søde ting

Pros:

Spa area was very good with facilities, we also booked a massage session and it was very decent.
We traveled with our twin babies and they were very attentive of us the whole time.

Cons:

Breakfast has many options, but choices don’t really change.
Room could’ve been cleaner, seemed like they don’t always vacuum clean, just overall housekeeping.

A lovely family stay with a wonderful pool and friendly staff
Pros:

We had a lovely family stay at Flowers & SPA Hotel. The highlight of our visit was definitely the swimming pool! The water was wonderfully warm, and our little son absolutely loved it.

The buffet breakfast was varied and enjoyable, with a great selection of egg dishes, sausages, mushrooms, fruit and sweets. We especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness — the white tablecloths were changed after every guest.

The outdoor pool area looked beautiful in the evening, with colourful lighting, illuminated palm trees and music creating a lovely atmosphere.

The beds were extremely comfortable, with excellent mattresses, soft pillows and lovely bedding. We also appreciated the quick service — bathrobes were delivered to our room almost immediately after we requested them.

A special thank you to Sara and Brisi at reception! Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, cheerful and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable. The staff also spoke excellent English, which made communication easy and pleasant.

Cons:

Our accommodation consisted of two rooms, with one double bed and two single beds. Although there were enough beds for all four of us, the overall space felt a little cramped.

The room also lacked some practical details. There was no table where we could sit and eat, no hooks for hanging towels, and no coat rack near the entrance. With four people, we had quite a few towels and nowhere convenient to hang them.

There was only one wardrobe for both rooms, and one of the rooms felt rather stuffy because it had no window.

However, we stayed for just one night and spent very little time in the room, mainly using it for sleeping. These minor inconveniences did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Wspaniały wyjazd z przyjaciółkami, cudowny czas !
Pros:

Bardzo ładne komfortowe pokoje, blisko plaża i beach bar , ładny basen i spa. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje i wymieniane ręczniki. Wszędzie blisko. W odległości do 1km dużo pysznych restauracji.

Cons:

Jeśli chcą być hotelem o wysokim standardzie to hotel musi poprawić jakość śniadań bo aktualna jakość śniadań jest na bardzo niskim poziomie. Osoby odpowiedzialne za kuchnię powinny się chociaż raz wybrać do Polski i zobaczyć jak wyglądają śniadania w naszych hotelach i zaczerpnąć inspirację.

Cons:

The staff lacked urgency, our air con and locker was broken in one of the rooms and they didn’t fix this until the next evening. The breakfast was the same everyday and quite standard.

Absolut kein 5 Sterne Hotel, für unsere Verhältnisse vielleicht noch 3 Sterne.
Pros:

Sauberkeit im Hotel war ok, dann hört es sich aber leider auf. Ansonsten gibt es wenig positives zu berichten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist völlig überlaufen, man bekommt schwer einen Tisch. Oft kein Besteck verfügbar, die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Frechheit. In unserem Zimmer gab es zum Beispiel keinen Handtuchhalter, Sauberkeit war aber ok.
Tennis in dem Hotel ist eine falsche Werbung! Man kann nur von 14-17 Uhr spielen, also in der prallen Sonne und das Equipment welches man bekommt ist absoluter Quatsch.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gross und konfortabel, gut klimatisiert.
Der Pool ist zwar tief, aber perfekt zum abkühlen. Man sollte auch den Pool im SPA ausprobieren!

La piscine du premier hôtel et rien d'autre

Cons:

Pour commencer, il essaye de te refourger une chambre sans fenêtre 🤣, Les matelas catastrophique pour un 5*, idem pour le petit déjeuner, les équipements de la chambre loin du standard 5*, la deuxième piscine avec plis du liner et marche hyper dangereux au milieu, une clef pour 4 et pas possible de discuter avec eux, désagréable, je pense que j'ai pas tous citer

The worse of stays
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about this hotel i mustconfess.

Cons:

Looked nothing to what we saw online.
We were only given one key to our room and when we asked, they said we can only have one key at a time. No tv remote in the room, requested for one which never came. Stains on beddings like no cleaning was done.
Room had no iron and when requested, non was given.
No telephone to reach reception and when asked they said to message them on whatspp lol.
This hotel is not ready for people. They are just doing try and error.
Very terrible stay and breakfast was tastless sorry

E’ un falso 5 stelle. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è accettabile, ma se riferito a un quattro stelle comincia a non esserlo più. La colazione con poca scelta e qualità modesta. Il bagno modesto … assolutamente non altezza di un 5 stelle
