Pros:

La piscine du premier hôtel et rien d'autre

Cons:

Pour commencer, il essaye de te refourger une chambre sans fenêtre 🤣, Les matelas catastrophique pour un 5*, idem pour le petit déjeuner, les équipements de la chambre loin du standard 5*, la deuxième piscine avec plis du liner et marche hyper dangereux au milieu, une clef pour 4 et pas possible de discuter avec eux, désagréable, je pense que j'ai pas tous citer

The worse of stays
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about this hotel i mustconfess.

Cons:

Looked nothing to what we saw online.
We were only given one key to our room and when we asked, they said we can only have one key at a time. No tv remote in the room, requested for one which never came. Stains on beddings like no cleaning was done.
Room had no iron and when requested, non was given.
No telephone to reach reception and when asked they said to message them on whatspp lol.
This hotel is not ready for people. They are just doing try and error.
Very terrible stay and breakfast was tastless sorry

E’ un falso 5 stelle. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è accettabile, ma se riferito a un quattro stelle comincia a non esserlo più. La colazione con poca scelta e qualità modesta. Il bagno modesto … assolutamente non altezza di un 5 stelle

Готель не виправдав наших очікувань. За такі гроші очікували набагато кращих умов.
Pros:

Сніданок у форматі буфету з достатнім вибором страв. Це, мабуть, єдиний момент, який залишив позитивне враження.

Cons:

На жаль, реальність зовсім не відповідає фотографіям на Booking. Готель виглядає втомленим і давно потребує оновлення. Менший басейн має плісняву по краях, що виглядає негігієнічно.

Обслуговування в ресторані залишає бажати кращого. Якщо вирішите повечеряти, будьте готові спочатку довго чекати офіціанта, потім меню, а після замовлення є велика ймовірність, що принесуть не всі страви. Під час сніданків також постійно виникали проблеми з кавомашиною.

Окремо здивувала політика із депозитом за рушники. У Flowers за три рушники потрібно залишити 2000 лек, тоді як у сусідньому Garden, який фактично є частиною того ж комплексу, депозит становить лише 1000 лек. Досить дивно, що в одному комплексі діють різні умови.

Pros:

Was fantastic, location was great and facilities were a great addition for value of money. Only nitpicks in the room was a few broken things in the bathroom which could be replaced easily.

Good service, bad facilities.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and designed beautifully. The indoor pool was also very nice and the property on the whole was very well maintained. The food at the meat restaurant was pretty good.

Cons:

The breakfast was very full there was no place to sit and it was very chaotic, even the pool area it was very full. The wifi in our room kept disconnecting every 2 mins.
