Was fantastic, location was great and facilities were a great addition for value of money. Only nitpicks in the room was a few broken things in the bathroom which could be replaced easily.

The room was very spacious and designed beautifully. The indoor pool was also very nice and the property on the whole was very well maintained. The food at the meat restaurant was pretty good.
The breakfast was very full there was no place to sit and it was very chaotic, even the pool area it was very full. The wifi in our room kept disconnecting every 2 mins.

The restaurants were nice and most staff were very friendly and polite.
We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately left feeling disappointed overall.
Our room (215) had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom had visible mould, and the sink tap leaked badly throughout our stay. The balcony furniture was extremely worn, and one morning we woke up to find a large amount of dirt covering the table and chairs.
The facilities were also below expectations for the price paid. The pool areas showed signs of mould and rust on metal surfaces, and at least two of the sauna areas were out of service. We also booked a couples massage, but the music stopped during the treatment, leaving only the loud squeaking of the massage beds, which made the experience far less relaxing than expected.
Another issue was the volume of the music around the pool areas. It was very loud and continued late into the evening, which affected our ability to sleep. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and performed poorly throughout our stay.
The staff were friendly and pleasant, but we were not given important information on arrival, such as where breakfast was served or how to find the spa facilities.
After our stay, we contacted the hotel directly to raise our concerns and give them the opportunity to address the issues before posting a public review. Unfortunately, we have not received a response, which has added to our disappointment.
Overall, we did not feel that the quality of the room, facilities, or experience reflected the amount we paid for our stay. While there are some positives, particularly the friendliness of the staff, the hotel appears to be in need of better maintenance, improved communication, and greater attention to guest concerns. Based on our experience, we would not consider the stay to be good value for money.

It’s wasn’t very clean, especially for the price point of an all inclusive hotel, the room wasn’t cleaned daily, and when we went the beach area was no where ready.

Flower hotel and resort in Golem, is truly an incredible place to stay, the hotel is stunning with incredible facilities like a sauna hammam, pool, jacuzzi and more. The receptionist staff were so kind (Arlindo, Inva & Franka) as they went above and beyond to help us with our endless travel queries. Staying here is perfect as it is a 1 minute walk from the beach and has stunning balconies to get a good view. The cleanliness is immaculate and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Overall highly recommend 10/10
Everything was perfect from the smiling staff, to the clean and comfortable roooms. The restaurants were also top. Best food I had in Albania. Good spa and outdoor area for activities.
Unfortunately the experience of the trip from the airport to the hotel is very ugly. Pure caos everything, trash in the roads, workings in process , ugly unfinished buildings, traffic, feels a little bit like Bangladech. I decided to put 9/10 only for the experience from the airport to the hotel.
Luckily the resort has a big parking area.
The property was very well managed.

La douche de la première chambre chambre était cassée (voir photo) et la seconde qui nous a été proposée est à très loin de celle présentée sur les photos. Par ailleurs le personnel présent pour le petit déjeuner très peu accueillant et le petit déjeuner décevant également (pas de chocolat pour les enfants, des œufs sur le plat froids, « jus d’orange » pas bon) qualité globale très moyenne.
