3 day stay
Pros:

First of all, big thank you to Serhii who cleaned the apartment before my arrival and left it spotless.
The apartment is smaller but very cozy, equipped in a modern way with all the things you might need for a comfortable stay.
The location is a big plus, with public transport, grocery store, coffee bar etc. literally few steps away from the apartment.

The communication with the apartment, no matter if it was here through Booking or through WhatsApp was always very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only small problems were:
• no AC/fan or anything to cool the air in the room which would be very helpful during summer months
• for MY personal taste, very soft bed with a matress that was moving from under you with every turn (but this is just a preference thing).

TV Sender nur mit sehr wenigen Kanälen, Reklamation konnte nicht gelöst werden.
Spülbecken konnte leider nicht geschlossen werden, deshalb haben wir auch nicht gespült

מקום מאוד נקי, חדר מרובך,

Cons:

שירות אונליין מאוד לא סימפטי.
בכניסה יש המון קודים על קוד פות דלת אחרת, מה שמאוד מעייף ומבלבל.
אין החניות ברורות לגבי הכניסה לחניה של המקום.
תמיד צריך לנחש למה התכוונו. השירות הטלפוני על הפנים!! לא שירותי ולא מתחשב.

Ich habe sehr gute Eindrücke von meinem Aufenthalt behalten. Obwohl das Hotel ohne Personal vor Ort arbeitet, verlief der Check-in einfach und problemlos – ich habe angerufen und sofort Hilfe bekommen, alles wurde mir verständlich erklärt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, die Atmosphäre ruhig und angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die schnelle Unterstützung und die gute Organisation. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

Top-Location für einen unkomplizierten und flexiblen Ausfenthalt in Berlin. Das Zimmer war top modern eingerichtet, wird auf Wunsch regelmäßig gereinigt (habe ich nicht genutzt) und hatte alles nötige zur Sebstversorgung, inkl. kleiner Küche mit allem was man braucht.
Der Zugang zum Haus und Zimmer über die Codes ist perfekt, kein lästigen Schlüssel mit sich rumschleppen. Man darf nur den Code bzw. das Handy nicht drinnen liegenlassen ;-) ... aber 4 Zahlen sollte man sich auch merken können. Der Preis ist natürlich hoch, aber wohl noch vertretbar für die Lage.
